Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Kenna Recruitment is a search business delivering both Permanent and Contract candidates across the Construction Industry.
Due to a rapid increase in workload, we currently require a Recruitment Resourcer to support a highly successful desk which specialises in working with some of the best Construction Organisations.
You will be expected to make large amounts of outbound calls to source candidates and assess their suitability to the available vacancies within the team. There is both group and one to one training available within the team and you will be working alongside a Consultant who will be able to mentor you on a day to day basis.
There is a great opportunity to earn some excellent commission and a chance to develop into a Recruitment Consultant within our business.
As a Recruitment Resourcer at Kenna Recruitment you will be required to:
* Register and interview new candidates on the telephone and face to face
* Update details of existing candidates
* Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates
* Match candidates to suitable live vacancies.
* Source suitable candidates for live vacancies.
* Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies
* Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants
* Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission
* Preparing and issuing documentation
* Ad-hoc duties and assistance when required
Ideal relevant experience would be:
* Telesales
* Outbound Call Centre
* Telephone Marketing
* B2B Marketing/ B2B
