Facilities Manager, London, Pimlico
We have an exciting role for an experienced Facilities Manager with extensive experience of working in schools.
Location: Pimlico
Starting: immediately subject to holding a clear Enhanced DBS Certificate
Duration: 3-6 months
Day rate: £275-£300 per day plus agreed travel expenses
Key responsibilities
• Facilities Manager required to manage FM services at 4 Pimlico sites
• To manage the BAU FM requirement reporting into the Head of Estates
• The post will be required until a FTE is recruited and it is anticipated that this will be a 6 month tenure
• Full-time, Mon-Fri role
• Lunch, when on site, will be provided
Key requirements
• Solid FM with good all-round FM experience
• TFM
• Managing 4 sites
• Site Managers will report into this role
• Must be capable of managing the day-to-day running of the sites
• Must have proven public sector experience
• Must be Enhanced DBS cleared - this is an essential requirement
• The scope of the Facilities Management services is :
• Hard Services including Building and M&E asset maintenance including reactive and PPM and ‘first fix’ services
• Soft Services including cleaning, catering, caretaking and handyman services
• Ensure day to day delivery of FM services directly, or through contracted services
• Ensure the service is applied in such a way as to minimise the risk to staff, students and visitors and damage to all premises and/or vehicles
• To maintain health, safety and security
• To maintain the fabric of leased out premises
• Ensure organisational statutory compliance and data protection
• Direct liaison with ‘Schools Plus’ for out of hours and outsourced commercial lettings
• Provision of technical support and minor project delivery
To be eligible you must be available immediately, have extensive experience of working in schools, already Enhanced DBS cleared and can easily commute to Pimlico - as reflected in the qualifying questions below

.NET, Apache, Atlassian Jira/Fisheye/Crucible, Behat, Bootstrap, CSS/HTML, Developing RESTful APIs, Javascript, Jenkins, Maven, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server Phalcon or Yii framework, Squid
A clean driver's licence would also help!

Part time Compliance and Admin Assistant, West End
A Part time Admin and Compliance Assistant is immediately required for a fast growing Education Recruitment company based in central London. You will be joining a great team of people who are focused on results and also have fun.
The role will be part time 10-15 hours a week. The part time Admin and Compliance Assistant will be required to come in to the office 1 morning a week, however will work from home for the rest of the week.
The part time Admin and Compliance Assistant will be passionate about compliance and admin, knowledge of the requirements for working in a school setting would be advantageous but not essential as this can be learnt by a candidate with the right attitude.
