A London based Local Authority is looking to take on experienced Social Workers within their Protection and Assessment Team. The Local Authority uses Systemic Practice, which you will receive training on, as a way to draw upon established relationships to help prevent and reduce stress and difficulties for all family members. This is just one of the changes the Local Authority is currently making in order to help improve outcomes for children.
Social Workers who are joining the Local Authority will be a part of small teams of 6 who will receive personal support from an Advanced Practitioner. The team will also benefit from a Business Support Officer who is able to help with any admin so that you are able to focus on the Social Work. Regular group supervisions are also common occurrence, and this way any complex or challenging case can be discussed with other team members and the team manager. The Local Authority is also committed to ensure there is a focus on relationship-based Social Work as they don't want their Social Workers wasting their time on bureaucratic tasks.
Working in the Protection and Assessment team you will be taking incoming referrals from the public and carrying out assessments, based on the threshold you will be able to signpost the case to the appropriate service.

This Bars Manager role involves you overseeing a new business which will be more wet led but with a good food offering, the site will be hitting about £50,000 - £80,000 weekly depending.
They are looking for a experience hands-on Bars Manager but also the skills that make up an excellent General Manager in the future, familiar with the London market – Central London. Personality is a major factor in this role, although all in very central locations of the East End, the venues are run as local bars and a successful Manager must be able to encourage a consistent local trade.

Forming part of a 50 strong Cost Consultancy team, sitting within the Building Consultancy and Planning Department, the Project Monitoring team provide technical due diligence to funders of property development across a broad range of sectors and locations, with scheme budgets ranging from £1m to £500m+, with ongoing clients and a number of significant high profile instructions.
The day to day work will involve delivering instructions for both large and small lenders across sectors such as residential, hotel, office, student, retirement, education and industrial. The appointments require the completion of an initial due diligence assessment and summary report covering the development team, budget, programme, design, site specifics, consents and agreements, procurement, contract and associated documents, professional appointments, bank security documents and insurances.
