Overview This organisation is a leading provider of engineering and facilities management services and require an Account Director to oversee the continued delivery and demobilisation of a major public-sector FM contract across three London Boroughs. Responsibilities To continue to deliver the financial and operational performance objectives of the contract and improve certain key deliverables To assess and identify key issues within the contract and implement mitigating or rectifying actions throughout the contract. Work with the FM and Justice Business Director, Station Service Managers and Service Leads to develop and manage business objectives, plans, budget and demobilisation plans for the contract; actively seeking opportunities for improvement and development Manage performance, with regular site visits and performance review against targets Ensure and improve the delivery of service excellence across the accounts though maximising efficiency and effectiveness, actively sharing best practice across contracts and seeking opportunities for profit improvement Be accountable for health and safety culture which ensures safe processes, procedures and behaviours as well as continuous improvement through best practice activities Be point of contact with the Authority’s Designated Officer on each unit for the performance of all work under this contract Be responsible for specific client relationship(s), with regular reviews of contract performance, and active management of issues Support and implement a culture of customer-centricity and excellence Lead and manage the team to deliver the contract agenda Ensure a culture of compliance in conjunction with the contract Compliance and Performance Manager Identify areas in which demobilisation can be initiated while maintaining service levels. To possess a solid understanding of contractual terms and implications Manage the client relationship and grow the business scope while demonstrating credibility and effectively influencing outcomes Manage issue escalation and resolution Be a strategic interpreter of client needs and the ability to identify new value-added services Ensures the successful management of scope expansion and renewal activities Act as a single point of contact for communication with the senior client Accommodate, plan and integrate portfolio contraction and expansion Requirements Credible management of a large P&L with previous experience of working in an FM environment preferred Degree qualification in Business, Management or Engineering related field or equivalents Experience of business improvement methodologies, such as Lean Thinking Computer literate and conversant with the MS Office suite Proven ability to work, led and or adapt in variety of team environment with a dedicated approach to meet project deadlines
7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver, Enfield
We are currently recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers for a premium retailer with a large distribution hub, in Enfield. The role is for full time ongoing work with the possibility of permanent employment, in the future. This role is interviewing and assessing throughout April. The ideal Candidate will not only be a fully qualified 7.5 tonne Driver, but also have outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate a passionate attitude towards work and high standards. You will be working on a Monday - Saturday rota, which will require flexibility for all six days, each week. The shift timings are 06:00 - 17:00 or 10:30 - 21:30. All Drivers will be assisted with a Porter to make door to door customer deliveries. Extrastaff provide staff with a full uniform for work as well as site inductions and training to maintain a high standard of service. The Marketing Campaign Manager Opportunity: The primary role of the Marketing Campaign Manager (MCM) is to deliver effective marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for Rugby World Cup 2019 official hospitality, via our UK sales arm who are an official global sales agent for the programme. The successful development of these campaigns will depend on effective objective setting, accurate campaign measurement and reporting on campaign success. The MCM will be required to manage a network of third party marketing agencies as well as perform marketing activity using digital marketing systems. The MCM will be also responsible for assisting with the management of the CRM system and tasked with creating marketing strategies that maximise sales enquiries from the company database using automated marketing software. Key to this role will be increasing the size of the database as well as improvement of data record accuracy in the system. The MCM will also be allocated budget for specific campaigns and will be required to develop a marketing strategy with the (Marketing Manager) MM to drive sales and leads. The MCM will be responsible for budget management across all activities. About You: + Experience of managing multi-channel campaigns with numerous approvals and stakeholders + Writing reports, strategy proposals and other examples of business writing + Strong numeracy skills – including the ability to review and challenge financial costings + Able to handle large amounts of data and content from a wide variety of sources and produce consistent, high quality output + Proficient IT skills: ability to use in-house software– predominately Microsoft Office programmes to an advanced level (particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word) + Detailed understanding of the MS Dynamics CRM system with ClickDimensions, with ability to train members of staff and create reports when necessary + Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills + Experience with CMS systems, including WordPress You may have worked in the following capacities: Sports Travel Marketing, Sports Events Marketing, Sports Marketing, Hospitality Marketing, Events Marketing, Travel and Tours Marketing.
