Key Responsibilities
Developing business and finding vacancies with new and existing clients

Going back and finalising any job offers that any of your candidates receive
Candidate specifications:

What you will be doing;

What you will be doing;
- Owning the development and editing of both program management and technical documents as well as helping release documentation and reports.
- Documenting, reviewing, editing, analysing and re-writing technical documentation to maintain consistency and clarity throughout the SDLC.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, key decision-makers and passionate teams of developers within a flat-structured, Agile/Scrum environment.

- Experience in meeting with authors and other team representatives to review documents, compile inputs/corrections, resolve incompatible comments, and provide final publishable documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to explain, in simple language, technical ideas.

This contractor currently do not have a design management team and are therefore wanting to expand into this sector to improve efficiency and quality. Within this role you will be responsible for the below:
• Managing the mechanical services design from concept to completion
• Managing tenders from consultants, reviewing the content, advising to the Project Director.
• Work with internal MEP Coordinators and installation teams to ensure services are installed to correct standards and specification
• Working with the BIM Manager on any issues at early stages of projects
• Managing an internal team of Design Engineers who carry out small works design, when it is not commercially viable to use external resource.
