Site Manager, Chadwell Heath
Reliable Site Manager required to oversee the new build of a school hall on an existing school site in Chadwell Heath starting 23/3/18.
Site manager will be required to oversee the project from the initial groundworks through to completion so experience of new build sites is essential.
Site Manager must have relevant new build experience and also have SSSTS or SMSTS card and own PPE.
Site Manager Rate is £18.00 - £20.00 per hour for a 3 month project.

Cradle Rigger, Wembley
Experienced Cradle Rigger required for a client based near Wembley.
Cradle Rigger will be required to erect, dismantle and move Cradles on site and have a valid driving license to drive the company’s 3.5-ton van to different sites with equipment/tools.
Cradle Riggerr will also be required to maintain vehicle and tools and have a good Health and Safety ethic.
Cradle Rigger must have a Level 2 NVQ in Accessing Operations and Rigging (Construction).

Electrician, Lewisham
Reliable Electrician required to undertake PAT testing and install some window fans in some residential properties on a social housing project in Lewisham.
The work is anticipated to take 1 week initially but there are ongoing/upcoming works on this project for a reliable electrician so there will be further works available.
Electricians must have own tools and transport to get to site.
Electrician must also have CSCS card and own PPE.

Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance
Cedar are working with a world-leading Real-Estate Investment company, who are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Finance professional with strong financial modelling and stakeholder management skills. This is an opportunity to join a specialist corporate finance team in Central London, working on high-profile real-estate investment projects, with fantastic career progression and the chance to have significant influence on the business.
The ideal candidate, will come from a practice background with an ACA qualification, and client exposure or industry experience, within Real Estate or Property. You will report to a Senior Director within the business and have exposure to C-level clients, as well as working with other project teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed analysis and financial information to the most senior members of the wider Corporate Finance team to influence strategy and corporate development

* Perform scenario analysis and cash flow forecasting

HR Shared Services Administrator – 2nd Line HR Support to EMEA countries – with fluent language skills in one of the following: French, German, Italian, Turkish or Spanish – Uxbridge, West London – 12 months contract – paying c£18 to £23 per hour (DOE)
