Supported Housing Team Leader, Islington

This is an interim role with a view to move into a longer term or permanent position.  You will be joining a charity that has won awards for being a great employer, and will be leading a team to deliver a supported housing service.  The clients will have severe and enduring mental health support needs, including those with a forensic background. You will support the service manager in leading a team of 5 project workers.  You will support with the day to day running of the service, setting up the rota, staff inductions and ensuring team development plans are set up.  You will be comfortable deputising for the Service Manager, and will also have a small caseload to manage as well.  You will also ensure data is correctly added to the system, and help prepare key reports for the service.
