We are seeking dynamic, experienced and driven Travel Operations and Sales Support Executive to join a well-known, luxury tour operator due to success and expansion. This travel firm offers various holiday types throughout Botswana, Seychelles, Mauritius, Namibia, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Mozambique. This role is ideal for an experienced travel professional with customer service, administration and or sales support experience within the travel industry seeking career progression. Duties: * Checking supplier invoices match booking details. * Creating client documentation using set templates. * Processing payments in from clients and out to suppliers. * Dealing with amendments to travel bookings. * Ensure all documentation is created and delivered with a high level of accuracy. * Liaise with external suppliers by email and phone. * Prioritise workload on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met. * Respond to client and supplier queries efficiently via telephone and email. Essential Experience: * Previous experience in working in a customer service, operations and/or administration based role within the travel industry is essential , preferably with good knowledge of Africa * Attention to detail and excellent grammar and spelling * Confident, concise and clear telephone manner * Competent computer skills including Word and Excel * Good organisation and numerical skills.
