Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer
Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer required by a leading building services maintenance contractor. They have key commercial sites, schools, offices, sports centres to perform regular PPM calls to change filters, belts and routine maintenance on AHU’s, FCU and basic plumbing and light checks. Mobile Building Services Engineer who is electrically biased to work around London and the surrounding areas. Paying £32,000-£34,000.
As the successful Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer you will be:
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be carrying out PPM’s on building services plant, AHU’s, FCU’s, emergency lighting.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be mainly working on electrical systems but will be required to do mechanical and basic plumbing and working on cooling towers.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be mobile around London and the surrounding areas.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be paid £32,000-£34,000 + 25 days’ holiday + package.
To be successful as the Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer:
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be experienced in all aspects of building services and maintenance.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be electrically biased.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will ideally have L8 or had experience with cooling towers.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will have 17th edition and ideally have Test & Inspection or experience in fault finding.
* Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Maintenance Engineer will live with in a commutable distance to London.
