PROJECT PLANNER - CONSTRUCTION - MAIN CONTRACTOR - SUB CONTRACTOR - RC FRAME - RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS - LONDON
We are looking for experienced Project Planners across the business for both our main contracting and RC frame divisions.
The exciting opportunities will suit someone who is keen to develop as a planner working on prestigious landmark schemes across Central London.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Support the planning function, which involves creating and managing project schedules at a detailed design level through to construction phase
· Maintain and process information from different entities and coordinate in a controlled process
· Input into programme and departmental governance and assurance requests for planning data
· Work closely with project teams, sub-contractors and financial entities to maintain accurate and up to date data for different stages of projects
· Apply agreed planning standards and ensure they are adopted and embedded across the programme
Requirements:
· Good understanding of the construction industry and processes, from the design stage through to completion of the projects.
· Ability of managing multiple projects and one time at differing stages
· Demonstrate the process of the information coordination and presentation to others
· Working autonomously and in a team environment
· Experience with working in construction industry tight/ diverse programming environments
· Proficient in the use of ASTA, MS Project and Microsoft Office and similar products to create and maintain schedules

Setting Out Engineer, London
SETTING OUT ENGINEER - LONDON - CONSTRUCTION - RC FRAME - IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE - IMMEDIATE START
Are you an immediately available Setting Out Engineer? Do you want the chance to work on exciting, landmark construction sites across London?
We have a great opportunities for a setting out engineers to join our project teams on sites across Central London.
You’ll be able to be a part of a well-established project team, gaining the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Engineer who will nurture and develop you into the next stage of your career. We have a dedicated training & development team & offer on-the-job training.
Having RC Framework & slipform experience would be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set out and level the site using Topcon (training provided)
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- May need to assist with the ordering of concrete
- Quality checks
- As-builts
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be degree qualified
- Experience within a similar role
- Valid CSCS card
- Be able to demonstrate having previously worked on RC Frame / Concrete frame structures
