Lead Planning Engineer, London
We have a fantastic, long term, contract opportunity for a Lead Planning Engineer to work on a major HV cable infrastructure project. This project is at an early stage and will go through design, detailed design and construction phases of the programme.
The main location will be London, there will be some regular visits to Hampshire and occasional travel to Europe. Reasonable expenses will be offered.
This role will be a lead role supporting the overall PMO function. You will be the lead advisor on schedule development, risk and change management on this EPC programme of work.
The principle accountabilities will include;
Schedule development in Primavera P6
Development of an overall master programme
Monthly assurance of schedules from the supply chain
EVM capture and analysis
Dashboard and reporting
Risk management, including QSRA work
Value management
Change control.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background working at a Lead Planning Engineering level, you will have major projects expertise, working on schemes in excess of £150M+. You will have a strong grasp of electrical engineering principles, including high voltage projects experience. Candidates will need to have good programme-based experience, be used to working in a joint venture or alliance situation and be an effective communicator at all levels.
Technical skills will include, strong P6, Primavera Risk and Excel. Knowledge of Tilos and VBA coding would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Credit Control and receivables team.
- Process and prepare batches of timesheets to be supported with purchase orders for Self-billing clients.
- Ensure client purchase orders are in place to support the weekly billings.
- Reconciliation of self-billing invoices against internal billings.
- Monitor weekly billings, checking for billing errors and amending if necessary
- Post daily cash receipts to sales ledger.
- Despatch of invoicing to clients with the required supporting documentation to facilitate payment.
- Processing credit notes.
- Assist with the preparation of applications for payment.
Ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of working in an accounts receivable or accounting environment.
- Be confident on telephone.

• Flexibility to work across the week (Sunday to Monday) will be required.
The ideal Visual Merchandising Assistant:

• A flexible approach is key. Workload will fluctuate during each season and you'll need to react efficiently to this. Individual store work patterns will reflect the planned weekly workload. Please note that this work pattern is fixed and you must be able to commit to it.

Visual Merchandising Assistant Hours of work:
Flexibility to work across the week (Sunday to Monday) will be required. The average weekly hours will be around 11.55 hours per week, based on annual work pattern which will vary in content week on week (between a minimum of 14 hours a week, and a maximum of 46.6 hours a week).
