Working with an experienced busy team, you will be responsible for ongoing recruitment campaigns including liaising with both potential clients and candidates. You will be expected to progress quickly and make placements within your probation period. + Responsible for temporary recruitment and some recruitment for permanent placements. + Required to develop a good understanding of the industry, building relationships with clients and candidates. + Responsible for the service and development of allocated clients. + Responsible for your own candidates – answering telephone/ email enquiries regarding current and future placements. + Liaising with and interviewing new candidates. + Participation and contribution to weekly recruitment meetings. + Input in marketing and advertising campaigns to increase new business. + New business development through direct target calling. + Client visits to hospitals throughout the UK, where required. + Attendance at external meetings, where required. + Attendance at annual Radiography Conference. + Responsible for own administration. + Internal rota system. + Maintaining and updating web-based jobs board About You: You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and possess excellent presentation, customer service and communication skills. Working within a small team you must be able to develop a strong rapport with colleagues and posses a pleasant personality and highly professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise, have good judgement skills, the ability to multi task under pressure, the motivation to learn, and crucially an excellent memory. Excellent use of Microsoft Office is essential. Training on in-house recruitment database will be given. Previous experience working within a fast paced environment is essential. Medical sector knowledge/experience is desirable. Rewards attached to this position include a bonus scheme on individual performance, 20 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) and free lunches. You will be awarded with an extra day of holiday with each year that you work with the company with a cap of 8 additional days. The Property Manager Role: To assist in the servicing and administration of the agency’s managed property portfolio working within a property management team of three. The role requires a good grounding in AST lettings administration and good interpersonal and communication skills. Working in a team of 3 property managers with a portfolio of 350 let and managed properties. Core Duties Include: + Setting up and administration ASTs and leases + Renewal of tenancy agreements. + Changes and amendments in tenancies + Co-ordination of property maintenance + Dealing with inventories, check in and check out procedures + Administer return of tenants’ deposits processes + HMO licensing applications + Administer health and safety regulations e.g. arranging fire risk assessments + Arrange gas safety, fire alarm, electrical certificates and EPCs + Registration of new accounts with utility companies and council tax + Repossession and Eviction administration serving section 21 + Dealing with Insurance claims + Block management administration [training will be provided] + Property inspection reporting. + Liaison with landlords, tenants and contractors and other external bodies + General correspondence Personal Qualities and Experience: + Previous experience in lettings and property management essential + Good communication skills both oral and written as well as a clear telephone manner. + Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently using common sense and tact. + Ability to work within a fast moving team environment and multi task + Ability to connect with clients from all walks of life and different nationalities.
