Location: London/Mitcham
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Looking for the right candidate to join a team of specialist Legionella Consultants across the UK, you will be providing a first-class consultative service to clients in both the private and public sector. This is a home-based role and will require reporting to the Commercial Director based at the London office.
Responsibilities for the Legionella Consultant include: - Undertaking Legionella risk assessments and audits of all types of water system. - Project management, including financial control of projects. - Ability to present and communicate to clients in a professional manor. - Writing of technical reports. Requirements for the Legionella Consultant include: - Solid experience of undertaking legionella risk assessments of domestic water systems and preferably cooling water systems. - Previous experience in a Consultancy based role and also experience in the Water industry. - Ability to work individually or as part of a larger team. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal is essential).

One of Londons fastest growing Facilities Management Consultancies are on the lookout for ambitious Air Hygiene Engineers to join their team & work around the South East!
The company specialise within HVAC, Fire Risk Management and Air Hygiene and are currently at the forefront of innovative Fire Safety Technology. The company was founded over 10 years' ago & currently hold over 50 staff around the South East. They work on a variety of Domestic, Commercial & Industrial projects and operate from their sole office in London!
They are looking for an experienced Air Hygiene Engineer with 2 years' Ductwork cleaning experience to a TR19 standard along with;
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to read/work from Auto CAD drawings
- Flexibile approach to working nighttimes/weekends (when neccessary)
- Good verbal & written communication
- CSCS card, IPAF & PASMA are preferred, but not essential
The role will include;
- Ductwork Ventilation & Kitchen extract cleaning
- Access door fitting
- Fire Damper Testing
- Liaising with clients
- Working as part of a team to strict deadlines

A large Housing Trust based in Central London is looking for a Facilities Officer to join their dynamic team
Facilities Officer
To assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring that all aspects and functions of the Trust Offices, Facilities and Services operate effectively and efficiently, and that all environments are safe and ‘fit for purpose’.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a front line customer service to all staff for any requests received whether by email, telephone or in person.
Manage the meeting room booking system ensuring that the required facilities are available, requesting customer feedback as appropriate to ensure the service meets user requirements. Update intranet as appropriate.
Issue ID cards to all staff in line with Trust security procedures, and liaise with the Intranet Administrator to ensure that employee photographs are added to the Intranet.
Check and code invoices as directed by the Facilities Manager prior to their authorisation for payment through the online Finance System called IPOS.
Identify appropriate service providers, request and chase service delivery as appropriate and measure the service received against the agreed service levels agreement to ensure value for money and customer satisfaction. (Services to include items of general maintenance, photocopiers, printers, stationery and other items as agreed and approved).
Place orders as approved and delegated by the Facilities Manager.
Conduct supplier meetings and report on performance against agreed standards and targets.
Take responsibility for the on-site Fire Safety Alarm testing Programme.
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required
