Facilities Assistant - International FM Org, EC2A 3EH
Facilities Assistant – Facilities Company – 25K
Manage the day to day delivery of all services to our client on site.
As a Facilities Assistant you will cover the following:
Provide facilities support to office floors
Check all office floors for faults/issues using the checklist and log all requests
Follow up all requests with helpdesk on a regular basis and ensure tasks are closed down within the SLA.
Ensure all stock is replenished and sent through on a weekly basis to the Facilities Coordinator and assist with events/meeting room set ups when required
• Assist in the FM management helping with the coordination, direction and working with the on-site team to ensure service is maintained to the highest standard, to include but not be limited to;
• Own the operational space to ensure a fantastic service journey for staff and customers
• Assisting where required covering team members in the delivery of first line facilities support, have full knowledge of all functions
• Support the FM team to maintain a high standard
• Be aware of all and any projects which are being undertaken within HQ which may have an impact on operational delivery, contract or client risk.
• Support client’s internal and external health, safety and environmental audits.
• Assist the FM team in the management of all policies and procedures and support internal process management.

Fund Assistant – International Finance House – 40K
• Assist team in preparing and then disseminating quarterly reports, periodic communications to investors and other forms of presentations;
• Providing support for the quarterly reporting processes as well as other investor reporting obligations. Includes updating investor reporting website, sending investor notifications and responding to numerous investor follow-up communications;
• Providing general administrative support to the Fund CFO and Fund Tax Director. Responsibilities include scheduling internal/external meetings, obtaining signatures, completing expense reimbursements and coordinating travel;
• Preparing, proofreading, and sending all forms of communications for supervisors. Direction may be given verbally, written, or on own initiative;
• Coordinating meetings and conference calls with a variety of parties across different time zones, including investment teams, investment committees and investors;
• Organizing and maintaining thorough tracking system of team deliverables;
• Coordinating with other fund teams to ensure efficiency and consistency. Specific areas of coordination include internal business systems such as Salesforce, LP Connect, Entity Life Cycle Manager as well as working with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Tax on various Fund-related requests;
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues; and assist in a wide variety of projects as reasonably assigned.
• Experience - At least 3 years’ relevant experience or equivalent work experience; demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and at a high energy level. Proven solid administration experience is essential.
• Education -Degree preferred

We are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to work as a learning mentor at a Primary School in Brent. The role starts this month and will be temporary until the end of the academic year with the possibility of going permanent the following academic year.
The successful Teaching Assistant will be working in a primary school for 5-12 aged pupils whose needs have to be met within mainstream provision.
