Business Analyst - Digital/Web/Intranet/SharePoint, London

We are a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & growing organisations throughout the UK. We are currently resourcing for an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with digital/portal/intranet experience for a market leader undertaking an exciting technologically-led change programme.
The purpose of the role will be to help lead a digital agenda, assist in the design of an intranet refresh, new website projects, taking responsibility for documentation & implementation of applications, whilst managing the quality assurance (QA) of projects and displaying top class stakeholder management skills. Day-to-day responsibilities mapping for migration of databases, managing internal stakeholders alongside third-party suppliers, facilitation of workshops, and assisting with new policies and processes.
Essential
• A successful commercial track record in Business Analysis, to include design, development, implementation and support of web-based projects.
• Experience building and facilitating workshops within a project environment
• Experience managing and bringing together stakeholders and third-party suppliers across a number of different departments to include a central IT function, remote departments and marketing.
• A good understanding of the software lifecycle and worked in environments utilising common methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall)
• Top class documentation skills and artefact creation.
• Experience of intranet refresh projects, including experience of SharePoint or Yammer

PPM Scheduler/CAFM Co-ordinator
Circa £30,000 plus benefits

PPM Scheduler/CAFM Co-ordinator required to work on a hard services contract on a prestigious MOD Contract in London.
Working as part of the site team you will be responsible for scheduling PPM’s and Remedial works on the CAFM System (Concept FSI) covering air conditioning, gas, mechanical, fabric and electrical works.
You will work closely with the on-site support services team and will also provide administrative support to the team on the CAFM System.
You will need to be a great team player with effective communication, flexible in your approach and able to multi task and work in a high-pressured customer service role.
Attention to detail is essential as you will be managing large amounts of data and able to identify patterns and track back on issues to route cause and able to work to SLA’s.
Experience of working in a facilities management environment and competent using word, excel and Microsoft packages.
This role is paying in the region of £30,000 plus

You must have a proven track record of winning medium to large contracts within the railways, highways, Crossrail, Airports or other large infrastructure projects
You should have excellent knowledge of the industry and strong contacts with decision makers in other consulting, contracting and National Agencies such as Highways England or Network Rail.
You should be comfortable working in a small well led team, with a high degree or personal responsibility
