Our client who operates a lovely private dental clinic in South West London is looking for a enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join their clinic on a full-time basis.
Ideal applicants will be passionate about their dental career and keen to advance their skills with ongoing extended duties and training which our client will support.
Our clients practice is well established with an experienced clinical and admin team. The surgeries are fully digitised with SOE Exact software.
This is a full time role to include a couple of Saturdays a month on a rota system.

Our client operates a lovely private dental clinic in South West London.
Due to ongoing expansion, the practice is now looking to appoint an experienced dental treatment coordinator with substantial customer facing experience. The role is developmental, hence this is a terrific opportunity for an experienced TCO/Dental Nurse to have an influential role in developing the customer/patient journey as well as be heavily involved in patient generation marketing initiatives.
Applicants should have demonstrable previous Dental Nursing experience in either an exclusively private/specialist practice or within a mixed practice where the majority of treatments are undertaken privately.
Successful applicants will be recognised as having exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The role will include early customer facing, ensuring clients feel comfortable and at ease before and during practice visits and that any early fact find is completed to understand the clients needs and desires for their visit. You will additionally follow up with clients both after their clinical consultation within the practice and/or afterwards either by phone or in writing, providing the upmost customer service experience. You will be responsible for handling any explanation of treatment planning, understanding and handling any concerns and objections whether clinical or financial in nature - escalating to the dentist/specialist in cases where further clinical explanations are required. You will be responsible for documenting any discussions - hence accuracy and attention to detail are a key element for the role.

The Internal Controls and Compliance team is responsible to establish, maintain and report on compliance related activity, including operation of the Compliance Management Framework, maintenance of formal compliance documentation including internal policies, and operation of the testing and assurance regime. DCC must have fit-for-purpose internal control arrangements in place to maintain its compliance status as a regulated business.
What will you do:
The role holder will support the Business Assurance Manager to complete necessary compliance related activities in the DCC 2018/19 compliance plan, including but not limited to:
* Completion of the DCC Annual Compliance Report
* Completion of quarterly business assurance review (QBAR)
* Preparation and administration of the Compliance Action Group governance function (CAG)
* Updates and approval of key compliance documentation including internal policies
* Administration of other compliance team functions as required (e.g. Gifts and entertainment register)
The function will cover a broad range of operational and programmatic activity, beyond financial auditing and extending to internal consulting services. Completing the 3LOD, it will be involved in ensuring DCC meets the regulatory requirements as the Smart Metering Communications Licence Holder.

Chair of Regional Clinical Governance to ensure patient safety and learning, providing liaison between individual units and corporate governance.

Active recruitment of Doctors and Psychiatrists within the region, to ensure service continuity for patients.
Help produce plans for expansion/growth in areas where Cygnet group can add value to the current service user experience or satisfy unmet need.
Joint medical budgetary responsibility for the South region with Group Clinical Director, helping to maintain patient safety and quality of service by maintaining spending within agreed levels.
We are looking for people who:
• Are an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist / Medical Director with GMC Registration, Section 12 and AC status.
• Can evidence continued professional development (CPD) and have experience leading and working as part of a multidisciplinary team with other Clinicians and Allied Health Professionals.
• Are able to promote reflective practice, CPD and lifelong learning by organising an active CPD program, thereby ensuring medical competencies.
• Have experience of medical budgetary responsibilities – desirable.

To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer role, you must have:
- High Speed manufacturing machinery experience such as filling machinery,conveyors,labelling and weighing equipment
