We are now looking to recruit a new Business Centre Manager who can take over the management of our Lexus fleet centre and continue to develop and build new relationships with local business customers. The Business Centre Manager Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has enjoyed a successful career working in the automotive sector as a Fleet Business Development Manager and is now seeking a new challenge. You will have total responsibility for managing our Lexus Business Centre ensuring that the centre achieves target, managing the budget and improving profitability. Commercial acumen as well as effective relationship building, communication and first class customer service skills are key competencies we are looking for. In addition, you will be proactive, self-motivated, and professional and have the ability to communicate and present to people at all levels of seniority. Person Specification: + A confident and professional approach + Have the ability to make favourable impressions on others with effective relationship building skills + Self-motivated and goal orientated + The ability to solve problems, whilst being naturally creative and innovative + A knowledgeable automotive sales professional with previous experience selling to the Small Business and Corporate customer Role Responsibilities: + Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities to promote the brand and develop sales of vehicles and services to local business customers + Develop and implement a sales plan for the local area to achieve agreed activity and sales targets + Develop new business relationships by prospecting, gaining referrals and utilising all in house resource. Generating your own leads and appointments + Create and be responsible for client proposals, agreements and contracts ensuring at all times that Brand is presented in a professional manner + Use a planned daily, weekly and monthly sales call programme and a customer follow-up and prospecting system to produce reports on all business sales activities to ensure accurate sales forecasts + Account manage our current customers, ensuring that they continue to receive an exceptional customer experience + Manage the centres fleet budgets and profitability + Build relationships and work closely with Lexus UK A comprehensive training programme is provided by Lexus and on successful completion, you will achieve a professionally recognised qualification from the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) You may have worked in the following capacities: Fleet Business Development Manager, Local Business Manager, B2B Fleet Sales, Corporate Vehicle Sales, Business Manager, Automotive Sales Interested? You are as comfortable artworking a graphic design concept as you are storyboarding a social-first video. You will be producing work across our social and creative clients and your day-to-day will involve video editing and animation, social content calendar creation, art directing photography/videography shoots, digital banner creation and website animations.
