Role Summary
Provides pre-sales consultancy in connection with Insurance software
and BPO sales. A results-orientated business development role that
includes promoting product capabilities and offerings; constructing
tender responses, proposals and assisting with value propositions;
attending pre-sales meetings and workshops with prospects and creating
and delivering compelling prospect specific demonstrations.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The Pre-Sales Consultant has the following accountabilities:
Play a key role within presales in delivering new sales of DXC
insurance software and services products to new and existing customers
as well as analysts in conjunction with the Principle Pre-Sales
Consultants and sales team. The Senior pre-sales consultant will work
closely with the sales team a through the sales cycle and ensure that
all stages are conducted optimally to ensure success. This will
include but is not limited to:
* Developing and supporting the delivery of campaigns.
* Attending introductory meetings to evaluate opportunity and
discuss or present software, capabilities and possible solutions
* Producing responses to RFI or RFP
* Developing relationships with customers
* Developing appropriate presentations and demonstrations
* Producing compelling proposals and propositions
* Developing POC environments
* Conducting workshops
* To show flexibility in relation to the aspects of customer
management in which the consultant is involved. For example, it
may be necessary to operate post sale to ensure continuity and
transition to delivery team To develop comprehensive and
appropriate pre-sales material e.g. PowerPoint presentations, case
studies, white papers, customer references and press releases
* To seek continuous improvement through:
* Keeping up to date with latest software releases and renewing
demonstrations accordingly
* Feeding back market trends and opportunity to help improve
software offerings to meet latest market needs
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
* 10 years’ experience in Insurance with at least 5 in a software
and services environment.
* A strong understanding of either the P&C, Broker, Specialty or
reinsurance market.
* Experience working with Industry analysts and product development
teams.
* Experience in pre-sales within a software or services environment
including demonstration, RFP response, solution design and
commercial management.
* Experience working with company (client) business goals and
strategies
* Ability to build productive business networks and relationships
with all internal functions within DXC EMEA and externally to
forge relationships founded on integrity with DXC’s customers
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
* Good interpersonal skills for communicating with management,
employees and third parties, including other legal counsels
* Strong communication skills

at home. Your job would be to assist the young woman with tasks such as

will be to assist the young woman with personal care while out socially.

Trainee Engineer, City of London
This rapidly growing security integrator are looking for a Trainee/Junior Engineer to assist in the installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems (primarily IP CCTV and Access Control) for a key area in central London.
Role
The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for the supporting a team of Engineers, overseeing a small number of key clients. This will involve the installation, service, maintenance and upgrades of their electronic security systems (IP CCTV, Access Control). Many of the accounts will be London councils or boroughs, primarily focussing on multi-product, large scale networked CCTV systems.
Responsibilities
Installation, Servicing, maintaining and upgrading integrated CCTV, access control and intruder alarms.
Supporting the Account Engineer and Account Manager as necessary.
Keeping clients up to date and satisfied with the service they require.
Required
Previous experience of service or maintenance within the electronic security industry, integrating security systems (CCTV, Access Control) is highly advantageous.
Candidates without previous experience of CCTV/Access/Intruder should have a strong background in electrical systems, including 1st fix and 2nd fix, and ideally be trained to the relevant standards.
Experience of electronic security within the public sector (e.g. town centres) would be highly desirable.
Understanding of IP networking principles highly desirable.

Mechanical Fitter, London
Mechanical Fitters Required!
Your duties as a Mechanical Fitter will be to mainly complete various installation works on Platform Edge Doors on the London Underground, works will include the installation and fitting of the specialist doors and surrounding glass panels. Works are on a station refurbishments on a major rail upgrade project. You must hold your CSCS card. Training will be completed on site. An Electrical Background would be an advantage but not essential.
