Highly effective project planner, able to plan and organise their own work to hit relevant milestones. Multi-tasker able to effectively manage multiple activities, tasks and stakeholders with competing deadlines, priorities and interests. Highly collaborative, integrating and aligning activities with a broad range of internal and external functions. Flexible to adapt to project and priority changes. The role: To drive the deployment of an organisation-wide CRM solution. This will include: Managing the Society's strategic CRM project, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery in terms of time, cost, quality and benefits. Ensure the effective collection and analysis of relevant requirements leading to the procurement and deployment of a new CRM solution across the organisation. Develop then manage relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and third-party suppliers to influence and shape project scope to deliver maximum benefit to the organisation. Build and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely high quality work, develop team members, manage performance and resolve any conflicts. Identify and use innovative methods and approaches to resolving project and business issues. Deliver project management documents to the required quality using approved guidelines and templates. What we're looking for: Project management qualification or equivalent experience, in particular Agile Knowledge of MS Office suite to a minimum intermediate level, including Project and Visio, and preferably VSTS. Customer Account Manager Julie Rose Recruitment are looking for candidates with working knowledge of the energy / utilities market for these Customer Account Manager roles in Bromley. You would be working for this growing company; these 2 roles are newly created roles due to new clients coming on board. Duties for the Customer Account Manager: * The role will involve managing your own client accounts ensuring the highest level of customer service whilst raising invoice queries on behalf of your client with the energy supplier * Investigation into client issues with regards to their energy usage data in line with agreed SLA' * Support the Business Manager with contract renewals, liaising with client throughout * Creating client data reports, either ad hoc or agreed client deliverables * To understand how your client’s fees are structured and provide monthly reporting to the Accounts department * Carry out all systems administration ensuring a high level of accuracy * To carry out and attend client service and ad/hoc meetings as required Person Specification for the Customer Account Manager role: * Previous experience of working in the energy industry is essential * Excellent communication skills over the phone, via correspondence and face to face essential * A high level of computer literacy with good Word and Excel skills * Strong numeracy and literacy skills * Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays within the UK (costs paid for by the company) Our client is offering a good career structure and is looking for candidates who have strong client skills and can see abnormalities in data and confident with Excel.
