The Job:
•Remove & refit mechanical and electrical trims / panels / components on vehicles
•Follow manufacturer repair methods to return vehicles to pre-accident condition

This Strip / Fit, Mechanic, M.E.T Technician should also have the following experience and qualifications:

Role - Chef de Partie Contract
Our client is one of the most successful sporting venues in London
They have a large catering team and state of the art catering
facilities. with 300 to 400 chefs + daily -their busiest periods on a
Monday- to Sunday basis.
They are currently looking for a talented chef de partie working
contract shifts on a regular basis. shifts on a 5/7 day basis
0700-1500 or 12.30pm - 8.30pm- roughly 1 in 3 weekends - flexible to
accommodate.

As Chef ed Partie you will be responsible for
To oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - CDP
. Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and
trouble-shooting any problems that may arise.
. To manage and deliver the production needs of the section to the
required standards.
. To report all important issues back to senior chefs.
. To communicate effectively within the section and the kitchen
environment
. To manage time through effective planning of work, maintaining a
high level of productivity.
. To support decisions made and adapt to changes, showing flexibility
and enthusiasm
. To be proactive in self-development.
. To participate in the organisation of ordering, cost controlling and
wastage of food.
. To give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out

. To be responsible for the delivery of all foods, ensuring an

. To deal with customers at all times in a friendly and helpful
manner.

Occasional Duties:

You will work with the team to help with the preparation of food and
running of the kitchen. Some of your duties will include:
* Learning how all the relevant areas of our kitchen operate
* Assisting in setting up and preparing the kitchen for daily food
service
* Assisting in cold food preparation e.g. washing, peeling,
preparing fruit and vegetables
* Learning and developing cooking, meal preparation and presentation
skills
