Fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to join an established Managed Service Provider who provide IT Support and Services into the Education Sector. With many Schools in and across London, they are now looking for numerous IT Manager’s to support their client site in Mitcham, SW London.
The company provide a great training programme where you can complete many well-known technology courses, such as Microsoft and Cisco related certs, plus they give great financial incentives for you completing and passing these certifications, increasing your basic salary by thousands a year potentially.
However they do require to see someone who has already been invested in their own self devevopment, so to be considered for this role, you must hold certifications in either of the following and ideally have updated them in the last two years; (Microsoft) MCSE, MCSA,(Cisco) CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent/similar certs. Anyone with Cloud based certs will also highly be considered.
The role;
• The IT/Network Manager will be responsible for the IT Support and Service in to a number of Schools in their given area.
• Network Managers are responsible for the front-line management of their Support Engineers with the best possible support and fault diagnosis on the full range of networked terminals.
• They will be expected to liaise with Senior Stakeholders externally in the Schools and internally giving any progress reports required.
Experience required;
• IT support (Up to 3rd Line ideally)
• Education experience, preferably working directly for a School or an MSP who provide services into Schools.
• Remote support experience
• Networking knowledge
• Competent PC user (Word, Excel, Email, internet)
• Service Oriented mindset
• Strong Communication skills at all levels
• KPI management.
• Software/Hardware support experience
• Proven continued self-development (this MSP like to see certifications such as Cisco or Microsoft related technology certifications to show your passion in progressing your skill set which they will help you to continue developing)

A successful Practice within St. James’s Place Wealth Management, is
seeking an Client Services Administrator to support their team on a
permanent full time basis. Based in Moorgate, London the candidate
will assist with ensuring the practice is provided with a seamless
back office support function and will include the following:
Overall Role Purpose
The Client Services Administrator shall work closely with the Office
Manager and Technical Consultant on a daily basis. They will provide
an administrative support function comprising of a mixture of client
servicing, business processing and general administration.
The role would be very suited to a candidate with a keen interest and
desire to work with Wealth Management and previous administrative
experience within financial services would be advantageous.
Role Content
To provide full time client servicing support for the Practice
including the following:
Client servicing
* Meeting and greeting clients.
* Ensuring client CFR is up to date with all SJP and external
policies, valuations, meeting notes and personal circumstances.
Keeping up to date with client changes.
* Prepare for review meetings - updating Financial/Pension summaries
and arrange for up to date valuations.
* Keeping client authorities up to date on client file and logging
onto system.
* Uploading client documentation to Ibusiness.
* Write Annual Review letters
* Assisting with Client Events
* Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite
manner.
Business processing
* Preparation and submission of applications and saving copies onto
the system/ Managing client monies.
* Producing Illustrations
* Creating submission sets / creating and updating CFR records.
* Managing business pipeline. Requesting updates on outstanding
transfers from providers.
* Liaising with internal providers to speed up the process of
application issuing
* Liaising with pension and investment companies to obtain
information on client policies / Issuing and chasing letters of
authority.
* Checking correct receipt of information against LOA (Letter of
Authority) requests.
* Processing switches and surrenders, checking pipeline to ensure
requests have been processed. Matching correspondence with client

Administration
* Updating client valuations on Excel spread sheets/Voyant.

telephone messages in a timely manner.
* Managing quarterly wealth accounts and various mailshots
* Scanning and filing of all Practice/client documentation/incoming
post into relevant filing systems.
* Daily/weekly meeting with Technical Consultant to update on
timelines for cases.
* Processing of Investor Magazines and management of E-Briefing
service.
* Collect/take post to/from admin office. Open post and distribute
each day.
* Support with use of iPad in the business
* Full diary management
* Update New Business Figures, WIP Spread Sheet
* Email monitoring and replying where appropriate
* Stationery orders up to date forms and marketing literature.
* Keeping the office and meeting room tidy and presentable at all
times.
* Shredding of all confidential information.
Person specification
High level of computer literacy – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
