With many Schools in and across London, they are now looking for numerous IT Manager’s to support their client site in Mitcham, SW London. The company provide a great training programme where you can complete many well-known technology courses, such as Microsoft and Cisco related certs, plus they give great financial incentives for you completing and passing these certifications, increasing your basic salary by thousands a year potentially. However they do require to see someone who has already been invested in their own self devevopment, so to be considered for this role, you must hold certifications in either of the following and ideally have updated them in the last two years; (Microsoft) MCSE, MCSA,(Cisco) CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent/similar certs. Anyone with Cloud based certs will also highly be considered. The role; • The IT/Network Manager will be responsible for the IT Support and Service in to a number of Schools in their given area. • Network Managers are responsible for the front-line management of their Support Engineers with the best possible support and fault diagnosis on the full range of networked terminals. • They will be expected to liaise with Senior Stakeholders externally in the Schools and internally giving any progress reports required. A successful Practice within St. James’s Place Wealth Management, is seeking an Client Services Administrator to support their team on a permanent full time basis. Based in Moorgate, London the candidate will assist with ensuring the practice is provided with a seamless back office support function and will include the following: Overall Role Purpose The Client Services Administrator shall work closely with the Office Manager and Technical Consultant on a daily basis. They will provide an administrative support function comprising of a mixture of client servicing, business processing and general administration. The role would be very suited to a candidate with a keen interest and desire to work with Wealth Management and previous administrative experience within financial services would be advantageous. Role Content To provide full time client servicing support for the Practice including the following: Client servicing * Meeting and greeting clients. * Ensuring client CFR is up to date with all SJP and external policies, valuations, meeting notes and personal circumstances.
