The role
Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing – Based out of London or Buckingham
Offices
You will be based with the client in North London 3-4 days a week
Our client have exciting opportunities for a Quantity Surveyor and an
Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Social Housing experience to join their
outstanding team.
You will be working with existing senior staff on multiple London based
social housing schemes. The schemes are social housing refurbishment
The right person
Carrying out full Quantity Surveyor responsibilities, candidates are
required to have experience of preparation and submission of monthly
valuations, identification and assessment of variations, supply chain
management and be able to confidently contribute to the monthly reporting
process.

Vacancy Electrical Engineer, London (Commercial team)
Experience level 2-3 years minimum post-graduation, at the early stages of their career journey at engineer level
Personal attributes Confident, capable of representing the company (at an appropriate level – typically with other design team members)
Technical Solid engineering ability, capable of all aspects of electrical design including small power, lighting, fire alarms, containment

Our Client is looking for Part 2 scaffolders with a valid CISRS card
and PTS card with recent and relevant scaffolding experience.
The to set to last 6 weeks and is starting on 19th July
the shifts are 8 hours hours and will be operating on a 24hr rota
Day shift 9 am - 5 pm
Night shift 6 pm - 2 am
Rates
£25ph days
Saturdays £33ph
Sundays & nights £42 ph
We are also in need of scaffold labourers with the ( cots )
qualification and a PTS card

The company:
Our client, an international software company within Intellectual Property, is looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their team.
What you’ll do:
* Client account management and ensure client retention.
* Liaise with all areas of the business to meet client expectations.
* Build an effective business relationship with clients by providing a personalised and proactive service.
* Handle clients’ queries promptly and efficiently
* Analyse data, financial information, and query data to identify client issues, trends, possible efficiency gains and opportunities to upsell additional services to them.
* Ensure compliance with procedures and take immediate action where risk areas arise.
* Co-ordinate and participate in client visits, presentations, and user groups.
* Be responsible for ensuring that the periodic account reviews are carried out.
* To carry out any other reasonable requests made by management.
You need to have:
* Perfectly fluent in written/spoken English is an absolute MUST
* An interest and/or experience in the Intellectual property, brand protection, domain names and related areas
* Previous account management and negotiation experience is a must
* Outgoing personality and commercially driven
* Solution orientated thinking
* You will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, energetic and enjoy an environment in which autonomy and an enthusiastic attitude is a must.
* Consultative approach
* Project management skills: The ability to multi-task, prioritise, set and meet deadlines
* Fluent in another European language would be advantageous (German, Italian or French)
