Senior Site Manager, fast track commercial fit out, Brentford
I am urgently seeking a Senior Site Manager for a Main Contractors on
a fast-track commercial fit-out project in Brentford The client have
won a framework agreement to provide multiple office space across the
South East of England with the first project being in Brentford. They
have a number of additional projects which will be starting in and
around London.
The initial need is for a Senior Site Manager with experience on
fast-track commercial fit-out projects to take hold of a £1.5 million
job in Brentford which is estimated to run for approximately 4 months.
The company pride itself on taking an innovative approach to
construction and are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager
who has a successful track record on commercial fit-out projects and
is pro active in their problem solving and diverse and flexible when
it comes to fitting out high value commercial and retail projects in
the City.
Due to the duration of the project they are initially looking to take
on a Senior Site Manager on a contract basis but with the scope for
this to either be extended or converted to a permanent role due to
them constantly tendering and winning projects across the city.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high value office refurbishment, fit-out projects within
commercial sector
- Oversee all work and run a clean and functioning and efficient site
- Liaise directly with client, commercial, design and production teams
- Take an innovative and flexible approach to problem solving on site
The successful candidate should:
- Have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Site Manager on
commercial fit out projects
- Worked for a Main Contractor or established sub-contractor and
handled commercial projects.
- Experience with commercial projects is preferable but not essential
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving
