The Junior Account Executive Opportunity: The Junior Account Executive will work within a talented and friendly team, alongside a Senior Account Executive and a Junior Account Manager – the team report in to the two Directors of the business, who have ambitious plans for company growth and currently act as the Account Directors on the accounts. They will work on stunning luxury lifestyle accounts including tourist boards, five star hotels both overseas and in the UK, as well as Michelin starred restaurants, destination campaigns and a UK designer. Our client is a well-respected Civil Engineering Company with various work streams. Due to an increase in workload and renewed contracts they are looking to strengthen the team with an experienced Project Manager to oversee Civils Infrastructure works. Key Essentials: * A hands on position; you will be responsible for the full operational responsibility for projects including Carriageway / Footway Construction, Drainage, Landscaping and Highway Works including Resurfacing and Section 278 Works * Provide tender support to the Estimating Director; ensuring full understanding of tender documentation that meets specification * Responsible for completing all site specific risk assessments and method statements as per CDM Regulations * Organising and managing internal / external resources; monitoring performance including programming and reporting against the program of works whilst in liaison with the Project Planner * Managing Site Agents and delegation of works; excellent communication skills are essential * Monitor and maintain performance in relation to the company’s policies and procedures including Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality issues * Working alongside the Commercial team; helping to ensure that all variations are processed and that applications for payment are received * Reporting to Senior Management you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and holding regular progress meetings * On completion of projects you will be responsible for ensuring completed works are defect free with accounts resolved and that associated paperwork - Health & Safety files, As-Builts and the Completion certificate is in order Requirements: * Qualified to HNC (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or hold relevant experience with SMSTS accreditation and good CDM Regulation knowledge * It is essential that you have previously worked managing Civils Infrastructure Projects for a Main Contractor * Excellent Commercial Awareness with an understanding of NEC form of Contract This is an excellent position that offers a salary of up to £60k + package Civils / Highway / Utilities / Utility / Drainage / S278 / Excavation / Landscaping / Resurfacing / Paving / Risk Assessments / Method Statements / RAMS / CDM / MS Project / NEC / IOSH / SMSTS / Operations Manager / Site Manager / Project Manager /

Due to an increase in workload they currently have an immediate need for an experienced Plant Fitter to oversee a wide range of equipment including small plant, trailers, JCB's and excavators.
