The Role
We’re looking for someone to:
● Own and improve the process of product team delivery; ensuring that
work can be effectively estimated, produced, tested and delivered
● Lead sprint planning and demo sessions
● Unblock impediments to keep the product team at maximum velocity
● Ensure that design and development tickets are suitable for inclusion
in a sprint and that they are being correctly progressed and closed
● Ensure that a rigorous QA process forms part of a structured and clear
release process
Ideally, you’ll be someone that thrives in a fast moving environment and
enjoys a diversity of challenges.
What We’re Looking For
● 3+ years experience in digital delivery; ideally at a startup or tier-1
digital agency
● Thorough knowledge of delivery and quality assurance methodologies
● Able to identify and create processes
● Ability to both lead and support
● Experience of using Jira for workflow and defect management is
preferred
● The ability to manage competing priorities and plan your time
● Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
● Excellent organisational and leadership abilities

Sales and Commercial Director, London
We have been exclusively retained by our client and are working
closely with the MD to fill this exciting role.
In effect the Commercial Director will be the right hand person to the
MD, capable of stepping in and presenting the quarterly business
review to the board.
The Successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional
with a demonstrable track record of achieving six or seven figure
revenue stream contract wins and will need to be comfortable
presenting and networking at C- Suite level across a range of target
sectors.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver on his or her own
challenging targets as well as lead and mentor a team of 8 within
sales and account management.
Cross selling and up-selling to existing accounts will also be a key
element of the role and will require the gravitas and credibility to
manage a host of stakeholder relationships internally and externally
to achieve the optimum results.
A track record of career progression through bdm/account management
through to senior sales will be expected as will the associated
disciplines of planning and managing activity and crucially having the
resilience displayed by successful sales professionals.
You will be expected to have strong contacts in your given market ,
which is most likely to be Financial Services, FX/International
Payments, e-commerce, Travel, Pharmaceuticals or from a range of
related Fintech solutions providers.
The role requires a polished, commercially aware , ambitious person
who can grasp the opportunity within a company that has a huge market
reach already but within this division feels more like a Fintech that
has moved from start up to an aggressive growth phase and needs the
next level of expertise to accelerate that growth.
Primarily London and field based there is an expectation of extensive
travel within the EMEA region and as such experience of International
markets is likely to be required.
Base Salary will be between £100k and £130k and whilst bonus is up to
100% it is likely to be more prudent to work on 50% although really
outstanding performance will obviously take the bonus
