Account Executive, W5
The role is to support sales staff by managing multiple online
assignments for Corporate clients by working with the Account Director
and their team to understand their research & data needs.
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Support existing clients with the creation· & logging of project
feasibility & pricing
2. Follow up on project bids to help win them·
3. Support clients to clear invoicing for projects delivered·
4. Support the development and maintenance of client relationships
across sales territories·
5. Smoothly transitioning clients to appropriate Client Service
team member after projects are won·
6. Educating potential clients about online Market Research and
Keeping track of progress of projects and follow up with clients
in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and maintain and
repeat business·
7. Implementing client surveys on self service platforms·
8. Creation· & delivery of basic client data / output requirements
(excel, PPT etc)
9. Update all systems including CRM and ensure all administration
is completely accurate·
10. Continuously develop skills and knowledge including
participating in all ongoing training as required.·
11. Work as part of a high performing team·

3. Able to handle large volume of requests with tight turnaround
requirements·

Your Background - Medical Field Service Engineer, X-ray Medical Imaging Systems
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong background working in a field service or technical support role, gained within a high value electronic capital equipment environment. You should be qualified to a minimum ONC or HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
