Your career begins here, duties include:
* Responsible for all day to day booking support at all stages of the travel booking lifecycle.
* Assist customers making new bookings and help then choose alternatives if their original choice is not available.
* Manage all pre travel queries and support customers whilst overseas.
* Helping customers with all kinds of pre travel queries, including booking amendments and cancellations.
* Managing all pre travel supplier driven queries including flight schedule changes and hotel overbookings.
* Communicating with customers at each stage of the holiday journey.
* Building strong working relationships with internal teams and also with our partners who supply flights, accommodation and transfers.
Essential requirements
* Customer service experience within the travel industry is essential
* Fluent in English along with either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish - both spending and writing.
* You will have a keen focus on customer service and will be able to think on your feet to resolve challenges with bookings if they arise.
* Strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask
* Strong PC skills across internal and external systems as well as Microsoft products.

SQL Strategic Projects Analyst - Customer Analytics - Milton Keynes
This multibillion T/O, omnichannel retailer is expanding rapidly and seeking to increase its customer analytics capability.
In this newly created role, you will be a key member of the Customer Test & Learn team within the Customer Analytics area.
You will assist the business with making decisions using the best possible insights derived from, and helping shape, the in-store Test and Learn strategy, in partnership with the software provider (APT), with whom you will own the relationship.
You will be undertaking analysis of competitors and their strategies such as pricing and promotions and become the business expert in our client's standing with its competitors, providing expert insight and analysis in this domain.
- Testing analytics - Be the primary expert in store-based testing methodologies supporting business managers
- Store Analysis - Using APT and other analytics to understand that variances in-store performance
- Work with the Customer Analysis team to develop customer success metrics for store testing.
- Competitor Database - Maintain a comprehensive and current database on competitors.
- Competitor Analysis - Build an understanding of competitors’ activities
You will become the store data expert for the business and part of your role will include occasionally visiting some stores to evaluate how initiatives are working.
To be considered, you will be a very able analyst, with experience understanding stakeholder questions and managing their expectations.
- Experience of analysis, manipulation, profiling, and ideally geomapping of data using R, SQL, Excel
- Analysis of Customer Data, utilising rigorous methodologies to get to a robust answer.
- Experience of working with retail and store-based analytics.
- Half of your role will be working with business stakeholders / managing their projects and expectations
- Advanced Excel and SQL is a must, ideally with visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Qlikview
- Beneficial to have experience with software as Alteryx, SAS, SPSS or R, and geographic information systems (GIS).
