You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to deliver an effective retail operation; ensuring that every professional decorator, contractor and DIY enthusiast that enters the store receives an outstanding customer service, maximising sales opportunities.
Your role will also involve supervising and mentoring sales staff, so you’ll be comfortable overseeing a range of retail systems and procedures. This will include everything from merchandising and stock control; to managing credit and contributing to store development plans.
You’ll be the sort of retail professional who is great at coordinating multiple activities and enjoys taking on responsibility. You’ll be good at building relationships, developing others and following procedures. You’ll also be the type of person who is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments and targets.

Service Specialist, London
Service Specialist
South UK region with travel within UK and in EMEA
Salary dependent on experience
Permanent, Full time – 40hrs per week
Summary
Working with our pharmaceutical customers in UK, Eastern Europe,
Middle East and Africa on GMP equipment, STERIS Pure Steam Generators,
Water For Injection Stills, Sterilizers and Washers.
Providing installation, operational qualification, planned
preventative maintenance, control system upgrades,
troubleshooting/repairs and user/engineer training.
Siemens and or Allen Bradley PLC programming.
Validation protocol author
Perform equipment Cycle Development and Cycle validation
Work with the Service support group on highlighting field issue and
product issue.
Support growth in ALL EMEA territory.
Essential Job Functions
·Using published literature and technical data, provides installation
support and performs maintenance modification and/or repair of all
mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic units.
Proficient in the use of standard and specialised tools and test
equipment, schematics, diagrams, technical manuals and all available
data.
·Converse with customer engineers in both English and Russian when
needed.
·Use PLC programming skills, to identify and rectify faults in
existing equipment, assist in software development of new projects.
·Flexibility to travel oversees at short notice.
·Identifies causes of malfunctions and determines feasibility of
repair. Disassembles, replaces or repairs defective parts;
reassembles, calibrates, adjusts and certifies serviceability of
overhauled or modified equipment. Conducts field quality and
performance testing of newly installed or modified equipment.
·Manage Project after FAT

1. Manage integration / Support Installation.
2. Perform SAT and Commissioning if required.
·Provide Technical support and guidance within specific Product Groups
to STERIS USA Dealers and or customers.
·Further level of competence through review of available documentation
and selective participation in training programmes.
·Attends special classes as required and prepares for infield training
of technicians on products, offerings and techniques. Assists in the
training of Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager to
accelerate growth in the performance of:

2. Field upgrade programmes Warranty calls
3. Equipment installation Customer satisfaction and Business
calls
·Responsible for the performance of assigned Preventative Maintenance
Services in accordance with standard Preventative Maintenance
Requirements.
·Broadens knowledge and experience through performance, customer
contact, guidance of Service Technicians, contribution to meetings and
attendance at special training courses.
·Studies manuals and literature to progressively upgrade product
knowledge.
·Work with Customers to develop and provide ‘Critical Spare Parts’
list that is specific to their needs, that they can stock on-site, to
reduce downtime to their operation.
·Is familiar and complies with all established Company policies and
procedures, including Customer specific protocols and cGMP guidelines.

The Role:
You will supervise a small team of Mechanical Fitters, within the
packaging area of the site.
The role will require you to effectively plan, prioritise and manage
the work, organise materials, manage hire of equipment, identify
labour requirements to the Operations Manager, and compile risk
assessments and method statements as required.
You will not be sat behind a desk all day as the role requires hands
on support to your team. Therefore, you should have mechanical
maintenance experience of working with packaging machinery, conveyors,
motor gearboxes, bearings, stretch wrappers etc.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm)
Skills / Experience Required:
You should have a good mechanical maintenance background together with
previous experience working as a Team Leader.
Mechanical maintenance experience of working with packaging machinery,
conveyors, motor gearboxes, bearings, stretch wrappers etc. is
essential.
An understanding of Engineering Reliability (Root Cause Analysis
(RCA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Condition Based
monitoring (CBM) is advantageous, not essential.
Experience of CMMS systems such as SAP would be an advantage
Qualifications:
You must hold mechanical qualification (ie. City & Guilds / BTEC / NVQ
Level 3).

Eason Group UK and IRE are looking for experienced full time CPCS 360
Machine Drivers. This will be working for a leading contractor on the
Thames Tideway project in Blackfriars.
DUTIES
* Reviewing documentation to fully determine and understand the
conditions set out
* To be able to dig and work around live services
* To be able to lift and work with Drag , Trench , Manhole Boxes and
Trench Sheets
* You will be expected to help out the grounds workers on site when
needed and be willing to get out of the machine when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
* An industry applicable qualification
* CPCS Card Holders Only NVQ Blue Cards and have experience of working
for groundwork contractors
* Thames Tideway induction
* Must have EPIC Induction
* Sea Survival Course would be a bonus
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* You must have a good understanding of the English language.
* Able to work as part of a team yet willing to work independently
* Only Experience Machine Driver Needed
