Visual Content Creator Job description A growing content marketing agency are looking for a broad-skilled videographer (with some studio photography acumen) with editing and post-production capabilities. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Ready To • Plug into projects in a “cradle to grave” manner, from initial ideation and story planning, through to shooting, editing, and cutting down work into assets appropriate and ready for social media • Be a key and collaborative member of our multimedia and production team • Partner with a range of people, from our own account and editorial teams, to outside agencies, and ultimately our end clients. • Bring a laser focus to execution, organising the work that needs to be done and ensuring fast and accurate execution • Regularly bring new ideas and fresh thinking to the team • Be a part of the building of a fast-growing business • Travel occasionally, both within the UK and internationally Required experience • Have 4+ years of experience in advertising / digital content creation • Content styles to create will include documentary/photo-journalism, talking heads, corporate, studio shoots, abstract/conceptualized, and Run & Gun projects • Proficiency in video editing, retouching, some colour-grading knowledge, still photography, and some experience in creating cinemagraphs / animated GIFs. • Software familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, After Effects (any animation, motion graphics knowledge is a plus), Photoshop, Audition, Media Encoder • Be a creative collaborator in a team environment, with the ability to wear many hats, bring fresh ideas to the table, and execute them. • Have an active interest in marketing/comms, ideally with a digital focus • Are excited by being in a start-up environment, dealing with high growth and significant uncertainty, and ready and willing to wear several hats • Work efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment • Take ownership of assignments and commit to seeing projects through in a timely manner • Ready and willing to bring ideas to the table • Are obsessed with details • Eager to collaborate no matter what the project or scope • Have presentation training experience • Can figure things out, and get things

Your role will include managing inbound and outbound calls to collect and book services for private and public organisations. Your job will also include coordinating with third parties, admin work including card payments and dispatching colleagues based on various factors. Strong people skills and logistical skills are a virtue and the ability to work under pressure is essential. You will need to be confident with communicating with customers, display sympathy however stay assertive with booking jobs.
