Main Responsibilities
* Ensure skills reflect local site requirements
* Monitor internal and external training of engineering staff, and suggest/implement appropriate training regimes which will improver the operations of the company and the customer
* Monitor progress of staff on a regular basis to optimize quality of service.
* Ensure that SLA’s specific to customer contract are met
* Review profitability across inscope contracts and discreet customer sites and act on trends
* Develop and identify opportunities for improvement and raising the quality of service delivery within budgets.
* Monitor overtime and identify trends which may cause excessive departmental expenditure.
Admin
* Deal with routine administration concerning service engineers (workloads, leave, timesheets, spares returns, appraisals).
* Deal with staff problems as they occur (discipline, sick leave, punctuality, grievances etc)
* Carry out annual appraisals for engineering staff and act upon outcomes from appraisal. Recruitment of new staff as required.
Experience required
* Service or customer facing function, preferably in an electro/mechanical engineering environment

You will focus on automating security compliance checks and controls. You will support and maintain a cloud estate (AWS) and enforce best practice security principles to manage risk. Furthermore, automate security controls (detective and preventative) in an enterprise environment.
Essential skills and experience
3+ years RedHat Enterprise Linux experience, or RHCE certified RHEL7
2+ years experience with SELinux
3+ years enterprise securing AWS for large enterprises, or AWS Certified Security
3+ years Chef/Ansible/Puppet scripting experience, or software development background in Ruby/Python
3+ years as a security analyst managing security incidents in cloud estates
2+ years as a security architect design and implementing security solutions
Experience using monitoring tools (Splunk, DataDog, Qualys)
Experience in security hardening IaaS and PaaS
If you don't already have a security clearance, the client is prepared to put you through a clearance as long as this is in place by no later than 1st February.

We have an exciting opportunity for a NMC Registered Paediatric Nurse.
The role is based on and is a result of the expansion to a existing urology practice looking to expand their Child Development Service over the next 12 months. This will in turn create new opportunities for career development.
You must have a RSCN or RN Child qualification. Training and development is highly encouraged and supported.
The salary on offer for this role goes up to £29,000 for a 37.5 hour week.
Shifts will be between 8 AM and 8 PM. The standard working week is from Monday to Friday and there is an overtime rate if you work Saturday. There are also options to work a 4 days week.
