This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Partnership Account Manager to join a very successful, leading digital technology company operating in the performance marketing space. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced and commercially-minded candidate with a solid background in managing key client relationships in a digital marketing capacity, to join their dynamic team. Reporting into the Senior Partnerships Account Manager, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a real ‘people person’ with a passion for client services and account management. In addition, they will possess a perfect blend of commercial acumen and product awareness, someone who is obsessed with hitting KPI targets and growing the partnership, while also able to think creatively and problem solve. An organised, driven self-starter, they will be the first port of call for the partner business and will work closely with internal stakeholders across the commercial, product and development teams to scale the partnership. The role will involve: -Responsibility for managing the relationship with the partner client, building strong and lasting relationships -Identifying and taking advantage of tactical opportunities, while also working closely with internal colleagues and the business to plan and execute long-term growth plans -Using your organisational and attention to detail skills to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all activity -Measuring and reporting on the performance of all activity against specific KPIs -Identifying trends, insights and opportunities, and optimise activity accordingly -Regularly initiate, optimise and report on test and learn initiatives to grow volume and profit -Using data-led thinking to recommend initiatives to enhance performance -Contributing to the month-end and reconciliation processes, ensuring correct figures are reported to Finance and to the business via monthly statements -Contributing to the annual budgeting process, forecasting sales for the upcoming year -Representing the Partner team within the wider business -Helping to identify new opportunities and champion developments to the partner platform. The ideal candidate will: -Have solid and proven account management experience in a digital technology environment -Ideally have experience of working on scale, strategic partnerships/clients -Have a good understanding of affiliate marketing -Have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, -Be comfortable working closely with stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external – from small start-up businesses to household names, -Be commercially focused - pursuing KPIs, securing contract renewals and growing revenue for your partners and the business, -Be highly organised, deadline driven and demonstrate attention to detail in oral and written communication/reporting, -Be flexible with the ability to be both proactive and reactive when required and be adept at problem-solving, -Be an organised, driven self- starter -Have a strong academic background, educated to degree level. Information Security Analyst, London
My client is looking for an Information Security Analyst to help assist with the Information security function that will increase the security posture of the organisation and deliver a new and improved system capabilities. Role overview: * Pro-actively support security incident management, executing the incident response process and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to help effectively contain, respond, resolve and report on any security incidents and breaches * Be a subject matter expert (SME) to provide security consultancy and requirements to new IT projects and business change/led initiatives, to ensure the requirements are incorporated into the designs, and built into final solutions, and to support project teams in the vendor/solution selection process * Work with stakeholders to ensure actions are undertaken and delivery of InfoSec improvements is pragmatic and maintained * Focus on productivity and the customer experience, whilst ensuring a correct and appropriate level of Security is being applied and understood * Configure and/or Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption program Support the delivery of the information security strategy, including helping to: * Further mature the information security capability and function * Further raising awareness of information security amongst colleagues * Reduce exposure to cyber security risk Help support information risk management approach and activities, including: * Performing information security risk assessments and maintaining the information security risk register * Undertaking information security audits * Utilising available tools to report and highlight on a regular basis * Reporting of management information (MI) on compliance and risk posture. Essential criteria * A pragmatic approach to information security * Relevant security and/or cyber security experience * Enthusiasm and passion for all things information security * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and ability to build and foster strong relationships at all levels * Capability to present to various levels of staff throughout the organisation (e.g. induction training and ad-hoc information security training) * Experience in conducting penetration and vulnerability tests with full remedial tracking * Experience in responding to security threats and incidents * Experience in conducting information risk assessments, maintaining a risk register and articulating information risks using business friendly language * Experience in undertaking supplier security audits * Experience in defining security requirements for new IT projects and initiatives, and helping project teams embed security into business processes, IT solutions and systems * Experience in maintaining security policies, standards and procedures * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to articulate information security concepts and principles in business friendly language. * Relevant security certification desirable (e.g. CEH, CISA, CISM, MSc in Information Security) Desirable criteria * Understanding of technical information security concepts, including network design, network security, security tools, coding principles, and penetration testing is desirable. * Understanding of working in a digital environment and/or be involved in digital transformation programmes, experience is desirable * Experience in working in an Office 365 environments is
