Delivery Manager, Elephant & Castle
Summary of the work
* Ensure ongoing improvements in Delivery Management and risk/issue management across the programme.
* Mentor/coach/direct lead DMs.
* Ongoing tracking of programme expenditure against budget.
* Manage vendors by monitoring outcomes, providing informal feedback, scheduling/chairing formal reviews and ensuring best value for money.
* Creating new statements of work, ensuring programme delivery remains on track.
This is a client-side role, being fully part of the NHS UK Senior Leadership Team. Work with all delivery teams in the programme, linking in with the wider Delivery Management community across the organisation.
Essential skills and experience
* Minimum 5 years experience managing complex Government Digital Service projects and programmes (10%)
* Experience of client-side digital delivery management in the health sector (10%)
* Proven ability delivering large scale agile projects with experience of organisational design and change management (10%)
* Experience in setting up an agile delivery environment for multidisciplinary teams (5%)
* Proven ability to challenge and remove any unnecessary barriers to service delivery (5%)
* Understanding of user centred service design practices, Government Digital Service Standards and the assessment process (5%)
* Experience in leading a collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of multidisciplinary teams (5%)
* Able to be articulate and credible at a senior level, delivering accurate reporting as to the current state of play with regard to the delivery of the service (5%)
* Experience in monitoring, managing and reporting finances on multi-million Pound projects (5%)
* Experience in supporting procurement and commercial management functions to source required outcomes (5%)
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence external partners, suppliers, stakeholders and customers to secure mutually beneficial outcomes (5%)

You must also have a keen eye for the detail needed to ensure every bay is merchandised to a high standard.
We have local and national work.
Own transport is desirable unless you can commute with ease on public transport, although we do also operate a car share scheme.
As a regional supplier, the majority of the time you will work within your local region, although on occasions you may be asked to travel further, in which case you will be offered / provided with accommodation.
The role predominantly involves working night shifts and does include weekends, most working weeks commencing on a Sunday Night but with occasional Saturdays also.
You will need to be flexible as you may be required to work at short notice.
In return you will receive a competitive rate of pay inclusive of holiday, paid WEEKLY one week in arrears, typically working 11 hours per shift.
We can't guarantee hours, however we are very busy and during our peak times our people have the opportunity to work 5-6 days a week.
We also have the opportunity for non drivers to team up with our drivers, so please don't be put of if you don't drive.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist with TOEs, Stress ECHOs (pharmacological and treadmill) and bubble contrast studies
* Fit, analyse and report holter monitors, 24° BP monitors and arrhythmia monitors
* Perform ECGs and exercise stress tests
* To ensure that all paperwork associated with cardiac testing is accurately and completely filled out and all information is entered into relevant databases
* Actively participate in department MDTs
* Ensure compliance to standards in respect of all legislative requirements, including but not limited to CQC, SHE, DSE, Fire, COSHH, BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding Children & Adults, Information Security and Infection Control
Skills and Requirements:
* BSc in Clinical Physiology (Cardiology) BTEC, HTEC, IN MPPM M.S.C.S.T. or equivalent and current ILS certification
* Appropriate experience working in a Senior Cardiac Physiologist role

North American Insurance Technician, City of London
To provide a quality service to agents covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, reporting to the North America and International Specialty Division / Administration Director
Main Duties:
Production MRC's/slips, ensuring all are in acceptable order in line with Lloyd’s and internal procedures/guidelines
Production of endorsements
Amendment of wordings/slips as appropriate
Submitting documents to the Bureaux/XIS and ensuring all bordereaux is chased up, received and paid to relevant bureaux within settlement due dates
Producing debit/credit notes and processing premiums
Maintaining the renewal system accurately and efficiently
Taking instructions relating to the provision of Insurance cover from the Accounts Department when appropriate
Maintaining statistical information as required
Ensure that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed
Manage own files as per internal Procedures Manual
Knowledge Required:
Minimum 12 months previous experience in a similar role
Basic to Intermediate knowledge and understanding of London Market procedures
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of general insurance policies and underlying legal procedures
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of the regulatory requirements of general insurance in operation at any time
Basic understanding of FCA regulations and guidelines relating to both private and commercial customers.
Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm.
Skills Required:
