Payroll Specialist : London : 2 Weeks (ASAP)
Fantastic opportunity for an accomplished PAYROLLER (SAP-Payroll) to join a global company on a TEMPORARY contract. This is a great chance to join an amazing company!!
Key skills required:
* Preparation of a section of the retail store based the payroll. Liaising with the wider PRO team to ensure all relevant data is collated and input using SAP-Payroll, whilst ensuring correct authorisation and SOD exists. Working with ADP to resolve any problems that may be encountered during each payroll period
* Monitoring time and attendance submission and assisting the payroll team leader to ensure that all Time & Attendance data is received by the payroll department according to and in line with tight processing deadlines
* Support store managers with time and attendance systems by responding quickly and accurately to change requests within MSS and its linked systems i.e. SAP-Payroll.
* Collate payroll data on a weekly basis. Including time and attendance data each Monday, and assisting the payroll team leader with rectifying data deficiencies through stores not following correct procedure.
* Update and maintain personnel and payroll records within SAP-Payroll and ADP Global View – (the payroll system). This will include processing and inputting tax documents P45/P46 etc. arriving at the Support Centre from stores and partners.
* Liaise with partners and managers around payroll queries, which may include underpayments, incorrect tax codes and SMP queries, resolving them within agreed time frames.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of statutory data through regular data cleansing and running reports to identify potential issues. Liaise with ADP to rectify any problems/issues.
* Calculation and payment of off-cycle payments (advances, holiday pay, termination payments) including errors from stores that have led to partners being underpaid.
* Assist payroll manager with period end routines, including preparation and review of P30 and reconciliation of payroll associated balance sheet accounts, keeping accurate records of resolutions for audit purposes.

Working as part of a professional sales team, with autonomous responsibility for this brand, the Technical Sales Manager combines elements of sales, pre-sales and product management and involves the following:
* Supporting sales with product expertise knowledge for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
* Coordinating and presenting prompting solutions at exhibitions, open houses and customer workshops
* Training of sales team and channel partners on key differentiating features and value proposition of the product solutions
* To use expertise and in-depth knowledge of products and solutions to provide timely and efficient responses to clients in the sales process
* Preparation of pricing proposals and quotations for product solutions.
* Providing the technical and product information required for the sales team to effectively respond to tenders, bids and proposals.
* Regular, pro-active personal communication with key clients and end-users.
* Develop a consultative relationship with both management and operational staff within customer accounts and prospective customer accounts.
* Undertake on-site “consultancy style” visits to clients to advise and assist in their choice of products.
* Gain strategic information about client business and the industry to help anticipate market trends.
* Joining and contributing to appropriate professional bodies, organisations and events to ensure that product solutions are represented in a professional manner.
* Direct and personal follow up of appropriate sales leads
* Participation in trade shows, client conferences, broadcast and other appropriate events
* Understanding of and ability to access systems and resources to progress the sales process

The successful Java Developer will work within a team of developers responsible for implementation and support of both core company products (such as LiveDataset) and bespoke projects for clients using an agile methodology.
Duties will involve execution of development plans and change requests, as well as maintenance and support of applications and in-house tools.
