You will be responsible for overseeing a small but growing team, and providing in-depth analysis and sales data. Key Accountabilities: + Communicating our priorities and goals for the channel, internally and externally, and executing those goals successfully across multiple geographies. + Working directly with channel representatives to drive profitable growth + Identifying key trends, issues and root causes and make recommendations for improvements + Building a strong working relationship internally (esp with Operations) to ensure continuous availability of product + Conducting in depth analysis on sales data to drive insight + Managing SEO and PPC inputs to all accounts + Executing new business roll-outs + Providing regular reporting to the business + Providing leadership to a small but growing team Ideal Candidate Specification: + 3+ years’ experience in Amazon marketplace management + Demonstrable experience of growth + Strong commercial skills (esp. margin analysis) + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Strong spreadsheet modelling skills + Good business acumen + Ideally international experience.
