HR Manager / HR Business Partner, London

Fantastic opportunity to join a growing Tech business based in West London. This is a key role within the business and will provide support for 100+ employees. Reporting to the HR Director you'll advise on complex organisational changes and restructure, implement new procedures and policies, on-boarding and succession planning and focus on developing strong relationships to become a trusted HR advisor. We need a forward thinking HR professional who is able to work on their own initiative in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
