Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for newly qualified Registered Mental Health nurses ( RMN ) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses ( RNLD or RNMH ) to work within a psychiatric intensive care hospital (PICU) for people with multiple conditions, complex health needs and challenging behaviour, such as an acute psychotic episode, drug-induced psychosis, schizophrenia, risky behaviours and many more. The primary aim of the hospital is to provide intensive care to stabilise patients so that they can resume life or treatment in a community or hospital setting.
The service has recently undergone a management overhaul so this is a great time to come onboard and implement the changes you want to see within a patient centered Psychiactric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). They are keen to hear from talented and driven nurses with lots of development opportunities on site - this is the perfect time to start.
Shifts : The Hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is 0800 am- 8.00pm (days) and 0800pm - 8.00am (nights). Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application
