Sales Team Leader (IT Reseller) - Middlesex £25k - £30k (£35k -£40k OTE) + Benefits This is a stimulating role as a Sales Team Leader will need you to lead and develop this company's Graduate Sales Team at one of their most successful offices in West London. Our client currently operates with a substantial number of customers and is recognised as one of the UK's fastest growing tech companies. Your daily duties would include: Call Monitoring Side by Side call Coaching Ensure your team hit KPI's to hit apprenticeship standards Manage, Develop and improve the team performance. Co-ordination of technology training Soft Skills training.The ideal candidate for this role would have: A good knowledge of Technology/IT products An Extroverted Personality with energy Ability to relate to younger people Cold calling and account management experienceThis fantastic opportunity will give you the satisfaction of watching your team grow and develop into reliable salespeople. Along with this, full training will be given, and you will gain a recognised management qualification. You will also have a basic salary of £25k - £30k which is negotiable based on your experience in IT Sales and your experience in a Management/Team Leader role. In addition to this generous basic salary, you could also achieve an additional bonus of around £10k per year based on the performance of your team.
