Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Training & Consultancy. As Quality Manager you will report directly to the Quality & Delivery Director. You will have proven apprenticeship managerial experience to lead, motivate and inspire a team of high performing Financial Services specialist skills coaches. You will have demonstrable evidence of delivering to a range of apprenticeship KPIs through your team to achieve high quality outcomes for learners delivering year on year improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.
The role is challenging but extremely rewarding as you will be joining a highly regarded delivery team with sector leading results & performance targets.

Qualifications and experience
- Comprehensive experience in a quality role across various levels of apprenticeships
- A1 and V1 (or equivalent) qualifications achieved
- A good knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and government funding
- An excellent knowledge of the financial services, especially the Insurance industry
- A Financial Services Professional Qualification, e.g. from the Chartered Insurance Institute
- ESFA and/or Ofsted audit experience

- Multi-tasking
- Good IT skills as will be using an e-portfolio platform
- Understanding of Skype for Business to undergo virtual meetings/one to ones
- Understanding apprenticeships and EPA process

- Computer skills and business planning software e.g. produce charts/reports
- Leadership and motivation skills
- High level of commitment to improving people’s lives through learning
- Working with others to reach an optimum conclusion by collaboration
- Ability to convey information which needs careful explanation or interpretation
