Manage a Specialist team focusing on Gangs and CSE A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Social Work manager to join its specialist Gangs and CSE team Highlights: Specialist team which works with service users at risk of exploitation and gangs This is a dedicated management post which is non case-holding Will be responsible for the operational management of the team and case oversight This is a very stable team with most members employed on a permanent basis and very low levels of turnover. The Local Authority received an Outstanding Ofsted following its last inspection Caseloads in the team are very well controlled and only focus on a specific user group Will be supported by a very experienced and supportive Team Manager who had setup this service This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Work manager to take on a specialist post which focuses around working with a specific service user group. You will be joining an established team which is made up of experienced practitioners all of who are employed on a permanent basis, which will allow you to focus on the operational management of the team. You will be managing a small team all of who have been with the Local Authority for a number of years and so are able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
