What We’re Looking For
* Manage a sizable paid acquisition spend and iterate campaigns (such as targeting/creative/channel) to achieve lowest possible CAC across paid channels (e.g. Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Report to the CEO weekly on this performance
* Strong numeracy and data manipulation skills are crucial
* Methodically and experimentally breaking down channels to achieve the lowest possible CAC
* If certain campaigns are/aren’t working, communicate findings to the Lead Content Creative and work together to update schedule accordingly
* Collaborating with the team in idea generation (i.e. type of paid ad, content within the ad etc.)
* Give data driven feedback with regards to creative assets and how they can be modified to better suit findings
Bonus Points For
* A degree in Maths or related subject
* Being familiar with ad platforms and ad types/options

We are looking for a Compliance Engineer, with excellent diagnostic skills (investigative, problem identification and solution), to join a global organisation.
Based from home, this position will provide an interesting and satisfying opportunity to work with a range of developers on some of the UK's most prestigious projects, providing them with a quality testing service, as per the requirements of Part E, F and L of the Building Regulations.
As the Compliance Engineer you will:

We are looking for experienced Security Officers to join an established and highly successful venue near the Docklands, London.
The Security Officers will be tasked with assisting all security operations for a large venue.
A good level of fitness will be required as Security Officers will be conducting patrols of the entire site. However we are also looking for someone with a clear command of the English language, strong communication skills and a proactive nature in order to diffuse any difficult conversations/situations.
Report writing and record keeping will also be an element of the role, so a high level of written English is required.
Shifts are on a rota based on 4 days/nights on, 4 off.
The role of Security Officer will include:
* Conducting patrols of the entire venue
* Monitoring security information and acting accordingly
* Updating the security management team on all incidents and issues
* Assisting in risk assessments
* Issuing parking notices to vehicles
* Producing reports
* Diffusing difficult conversations and situations
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous experience in a similar Security Officer / Security Guard / SIA Officer / SIA Door Supervisor role
* Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
* Good level of physical fitness
* Ability to demonstrate gravitas / presence within a security role
* Ability to diffuse difficult conversations / situations with ease in a professional manner
* Understanding of emergency response procedures in a public facing environment
* High level of spoken and written English
* Report writing and record keeping experience
* Smart, well-groomed appearance
* Ability to provide first-class customer service and high levels of vigilance at work
* First Aid qualifications are desirable
* Full UK driving licence is beneficial

You will be joining a very hard working, friendly, and passionate team. The role will see you working with the Account Managers to consistently deliver the best possible service to the organisations customers, whilst maintaining an openly fun and friendly atmosphere
As a Sales Support Executive you will be working as an integral member of an energetic and ambitious sales team. You will be working alongside two or three Account Managers, assisting with the day to day running of the accounts, liaising with customers and other internal departments.
Duties:
* Provide IT product quotes and source the equipment to enable to sales process to run effortlessly
* Utilising vendor portals such as Cisco and HP
* Organise the workflow of sales support services to the designated sales personnel
* Obtain prices for product requests
* Deal with customer enquiries while working alongside different departments within the business
* Deliver verbal and written communications with customers
* Interact with other IT partner companies and distributors
* Log orders onto the internal database
Experience and skills required for the Sales Support Executive:
* 1+ years’ experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration or Internal Account Manager position, within the IT industry
* Experience of producing IT quotes, ideally within a reseller or distribution environment
* Ideally have experience of vendor online portals
* Excellent communicator
* Highly organised and resourceful
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with customers and partners.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turn-around times.
