We are a creative communications agency group (90 people) based in Central London.

The entrance to our office incorporates a small café area (for drinks) used by staff and clients for meetings and socialising. In such a high profile area it is crucial that it stays immaculate and functions efficiently at all times.
Front of House Coordinator Main Duties:
+ You will be based Front of House, meeting and greeting all clients and other visitors, providing a professional and friendly welcome
+ Locating their contacts and guiding them to meetings efficiently
+ Providing hospitality in the café area if guests need to wait
+ Dealing with couriers and other deliveries and distributing quickly
+ Keeping meet and greet and café areas tidy, clutter free and presentable at all times
+ Ensuring that café equipment is maintained in good order and replaced when necessary
+ Ordering café supplies as necessary
+ Managing outgoing post
+ Managing meeting room bookings
About You:
+ You really want to work in reception duties / hospitality and would see this as a great opportunity to run your own space
+ You are looking to learn more about the marketing industry with a view to potentially working at one of the agencies within the group
+ Reliable
+ Adaptable
+ Warm/friendly: Good interpersonal skills
