Cleaning Operative (Beckton), Beckton
An opportunity has arisen for a Morning Cleaner to join our expanding contract based in Rickmansworth.
The working hours are 7am to 1pm equating to a 30 hour week.
Job Purpose:
To work as part of a team to provide accommodation cleaning services across a range of facilities, including but not limited to office, washroom and meeting rooms
Principal Accountabilities:
* Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure the agreed standards are maintained for all accommodation covered by the cleaning schedule
* Ensure any repairs noticed during cleaning duties are reported to the Cleaning Supervisor
* Ensure a timely response to any service shortfalls identified by the Cleaning Supervisor
* Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor, using equipment and chemicals appropriate to the task
* Ensure adequate stocks of consumables are available in nominated cleaning stores and where necessary requests for replenishments are submitted to Cleaning Supervisor in a timely manner
* Comply with all Statutory Regulations and EFS Instructions
* Ensure all employee responsibilities in the EMCOR Code of Conduct are complied with
* Previous experience of accommodation cleaning would be an advantage
* Methodical and meticulous approach to work
Other factors:
* There may be an opportunity for overtime working
* 20 days annual

The ideal experience (not all essential):
* Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
* Experience with JavaScript, React, CSS (any experience with ExtJS would be helpful for the upcoming move to React)
* Familiarity with browser testing and debugging

The Role
A Senior Auditor is required to support this renowned International business. You will prepare process descriptions, identify key risks and develop audit program and test plans under supervision. Executing fieldwork on complex audit engagements, you will lead audits and supervise and review work of other auditors. Evaluating internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures, you will update management on audit projects, including status of project time budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion. The Person
Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or possibly part-qualified / QBE, you will ideally have a BA in accounting or related field. Responsibilities:
