Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
* Attraction: Optimise attraction methods and branding to increase direct sourcing and reducing reliance on third party suppliers
* Market Mapping: Using LinkedIn and other networking tools to create market maps for future demand
* Volume Campaigns: Support volume campaigns with direct sourcing strategies.
* Innovation: Utilise innovative methods and routes and apply new techniques to support direct sourcing challenges.
* Metrics and KPIs: Be clear on the Metrics and KPIs for the area of responsibility, ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with hiring managers, candidates and internal teams such as the wider HR community and Procurement
Skills / Experience Required
* Good knowledge of sourcing strategies gained within a recruitment agency environment or an in-house direct sourcing team
* Expertise in a range of sourcing channels particularly Linkedin Recruiter
* Good stakeholder management skills
* Ability to build relationships at senior level
* Ability to adapt approaches and utilise and align skills to different customer groups.
* Ability to set and manage customer expectations
* Strong networking and collaboration skills

My client is a well-established and respected consultancy looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to help take a lead on projects from their London office.
As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will ideally be Chartered or Incorporated and keen to build on your career success. The company boasts a wide and complex project portfolio, which you will be tasked with delivering as part of a highly dynamic design team.
Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer:
* Taking the lead role on a variety of projects at any one time
* Detailed infrastructure design experience across a range of sectors
* Ensuring each project adheres to budget and time constraints
* Represent the company at design meeting, site meetings and external technical meetings
* Maintain and build good client relationships as well as liaising with other third parties such as Local Authorities
Requirements of the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer:
* Minimum of five years' experience in infrastructure design along with a solid and demonstrable working knowledge of PDS, Microdrainage (WinDES), AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
* Be fully up to date with adoptable standards and practices from a range of sectors
* Demonstrable experience of delivering Section 38, 104 & 278 agreements
* Minimum HND and / or relevant Civil Engineering degree
* Full UK driving license

Shift Engineers required for longer term contracts in Wembley. Paying £19.70 ltd P/H (£45K p/a)
You will be overseeing Facility Management operations, all PPM and repairs at the one of UK’s premier sports and entertainment venues. You will be working with a team Mechanical and electrical engineers who will be critical to with the delivery of reactive breakdowns. Engineers with be delivering a high standard of Building Maintenance on site.
We require Time Served Electrical or Mechanical Engineers who can work on their own initiative or within a team environment. Produce quality reports of their findings along with estimates and sourcing of parts if required. You will be the face of the client so smart appearance and being able to discuss findings with others is required.
Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Works may cover –
Fire alarm testing, sprinkler pumps testing
AHU, Extract & supply fans maintenance
Generators
Respond to and solve electrical, A/C and mechanical situations;
Responding to helpdesk requests;

My client based near Twickenham, Middlesex are leading designers and manufacturers of a niche product.
They have 49 plastic injection press machines on their shop floor, namely Arburg, Boy and Sumitomo Demag which all run 24x7 over 2 shifts.
Role
Reporting to the Quality Engineer and then to the Head of Quality Shift Manager, you will be responsible for
undertaking first-off, patrol and final inspection of products using CMM, digital callipers, micrometres and
gauges.
You will be measuring and visually inspecting products conforming to drawing tolerances, relevant quality
standards, manufacturing instructions and customer specifications.
Communication
Ensure that effective and regular communication takes place between teams and individuals.
Health and Safety
Effectively ensure that all H & S regulations and practises are met and adhered to for the safety of employees
Ensure that full co-operation is given to the H & S Manager in relation to risk assessment and accident reporting issues
Deliver a seamless interface with internal and external customers as required
Skills required
Reading and understanding of engineering drawings
If you come from an aerospace or automotive background, then that would be very advantageous
PC literate with a very good level of spoken and written English
You need to be a strong character in order to deal effectively with any productions issues on the shop floor

Day Shift Working 4 days on and then 4 days off = a 40 hour and 25 minute worked week
Hours -A 12 hour shift with two 30 minute breaks during each shift
