They have 49 plastic injection press machines on their shop floor, namely Arburg, Boy and Sumitomo Demag which all run 24x7 over 2 shifts. Role Reporting to the Quality Engineer and then to the Head of Quality Shift Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking first-off, patrol and final inspection of products using CMM, digital callipers, micrometres and gauges. You will be measuring and visually inspecting products conforming to drawing tolerances, relevant quality standards, manufacturing instructions and customer specifications. Communication Ensure that effective and regular communication takes place between teams and individuals.
