Position: Street Team Member/Flyer distributor
Location: Various locations across London
Job Type: Part-time
Salary £6.00 - £6.50 p/h
Paid: Weekly
Hours: Saturday’s 12pm-7pm (sometimes during the week depending on event/uni location)
The Music Net.Work is looking to expand its Street Team and looking for sales members that are available on a part-time, ad hoc basis. The website is an online networking site for all music members that can search and connect with one another. You will be required to attend various locations in London/universities/events to sign up members.
This is an ideal job for extra money, or if you are a student available on a flexible freelance basis.
You will mainly be responsible for,
* Meeting target expectations
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Going to universities to attend fairs and sign up students to the website
* Street promotion and signing up users for website
* Engaging with people on the street by promoting the website and getting users to sign up
You must be very confident, have an engaging and friendly personality and excellent communication skills, previous experience is not essential.
Depending on how you get on you maybe required to attend further music events such as open mic sessions to sign up further members (this will be working till late nights approx until 11pm) but prior notice will be given and a full prep of what will be required should you be asked to go.

Your Experience:
Experience in an agency environment is beneficial but not essential for this role:
+ You will have specialist experience/passion in the following areas; Videography, animation and motion graphics
+ Experience in a creative environment – showcasing your ability to complete briefs with a quick turn around, in-scope and to a high standard
+ We’re looking for an expert technician of Adobe Creative Suite – advanced use of After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier pro and Animate (flash) CC as a minimum
+ We’re looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail – ensuring all work leaving the creative department is of the highest standard possible, continuously reviewing work, and striving to improve the quality of work in the agency
+ You will always maintain a positive and solution based attitude. The more impossible a task the bigger the opportunity is to excel, succeed and create
+ Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritise and drive forward multiple projects at a time
+ You will be expected to worked closely with clients to present , present campaign creative and regularly report progress to them

The Role:
As the senior recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of all of our clients future team including senior hires. You will guide both directly sourced and agency candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring that they have an excellent candidate experience regardless of interview outcome.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, as an experienced recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Building appropriate pipelines to fulfil role requirements (this will initially involve agency interaction, with a view to moving towards a 70% direct hire ratio over time).
- Working with the hiring managers to set headcount numbers and ensure requirements are met
- Working with the marketing team to successfully promote company as an employer of choice in the Tech start-up industry. This will involve advising the team as to the best events to attend, keeping informed on new and appropriate attraction approaches and sharing this information, and designing and implementing new attraction campaigns
- Conducting salary bench-marking and feeding back to the senior management team
- Ensuring that the candidate, regardless of application outcome, has a positive recruitment experience
- Developing the current referral scheme
- Managing the preferred suppliers list with input from the business
- Producing and managing management information, including diversity, volume, CV and candidate conversion data and feeding this back to the business
- Attending appropriate events
- Keeping up-to-date on best practice and sharing this with the business
- In time be responsible for all offer paperwork, and any expenses relating to interviews/ relocation IF appropriate
- Creating and running the new joiners process
Essential About You skills:
- Experience of an applicant tracking system such as Workable, SAP Success Factors or similar would be great
- A proven track record of directly sourcing for the tech or cyber security market
- Experience of end-to-end recruitment for both direct and agency candidates
- Attention to detail
- Great customer service skills. This is essential to help build our clients brand out in the market
Desirable:
- Educated to degree or similar level. Education that covered broad HR topics or experience of wider HR issues is helpful
- International recruitment experience
