Senior Site Manager, residential new build, Shepherds Bush, Shepherds Bush
My client a tier 1 developer are seeking a Senior Site Manager for a 10 year project in Shepherds Bush, West London. The project is a high specification development consisting of over 1200 units and covering a large area with green open spaces.
The project will also consist of a large amount of commercial space, a large underground carpark, affordable housing and will completely regerate the surrounding areas. The development consists of stick curtain walling with aliminium cladding and phase 1 is currently at piling stage.
The client seeks a candidate with a history of similar residential development either with a developer or main contractor and a stable CV of longevity. The role will be long term and as a result the client is only seeking permanent candidates who have previously demonstrated this.
Responsibilities will include;
* Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
* Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion, and the critical paths for labour, materials and plant including material lead times
* Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
* Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
* Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
* Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
* Ensures the development pass internal and external inspection processes
* Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
* Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
* Monitoring and controlling the quality of production, and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors
* Ensuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupation
* Ensure customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site

My client a tier 1 developer are seeking a Site Manager for a 10 year project near Heathrow arirport. The project is a high specification development consisting of over 5000 units and covering a large area with green open spaces creating a huge regeneration of an entire area.
The project consists of a number of RC frame towers which are being developed in concurrent phases and due to this the project is a vibrant development with a dedicated a large dedicated team. The project consists of RC frame towers ranging between 10 and 20 storeys of a medium to high specification.
The role will involve a large element of internals knowledge but will also be an all round role due to the nature of the project and the development being run across several phases all of which will be at different stages. They would ideally like a candidate who is enthusiastic and ambitious and looking for career progression whilst working on the project. They would like to take someone on a temp to perm basis but would also consider straight permanent.

Site Manager, large scale residential development, Ilford
My client, an outstanding developer who work on residential projects across the South East are seeking a Site Manager to work on their East London project in Ilford.
The project is at an early stage and has approximately 20 years remaining. The final build will be 10000 units and they are seeking a Site Manager to look after the first phase which consists of 300 units and then move on to future stages following this.
They sell themselves as are genuinely investors in their employees and their careers and offer excellent incentives such as contributing financially to any further education. Everything about the company is geared towards you building a career and staying with them long term.
The project predominantly RC frame apartments and go up to approximately 15 storeys. Their is a small amount of traditional build housing which will be townhouses. The client requires a Site Manager who not only can demonstrate a history of working on projects of a similar nature but also has a strong CV with relevant residential experience and lengths of tenure as this is a permanent role.
