In this Sales Support role the successful candidate will comply and maintain a list of prospective and current IFAs for use as sales leads.
The Sales Support role will require providing support to the Business Development Directors by following up on leads they may generate for the team and responding to client/adviser queries and resolving any potential issues.
Maintain a database of potential IFA clients ensuring that all information is updated and verified.
Have extensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Working alongside a dynamic Sales Team and company Director, a growing luxury media company are looking to recruit an experienced PA and Office Manager who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy and exciting office and providing administrative support when needed.
Duties will be varied and include diary management, document preparation, making travel arrangements and the opportunity to help with global event organisation. You will be required to assist with finding new members of a growing team and act as the point of liaison for HR issues.
