You will be based across two sites, one on Harley Street and one in the City, and be responsible for scheduling appointments for all the GP services of London's premier GP practice.
You will be a recent graduate, have experience in a private healthcare setting in a Reception/Administration capacity, and be someone who wants to gain further experience of a receptionist/administrative support role in a private healthcare setting.
If you can use your initiative, multitask and complete all tasks accurately and to deadline, as well as an exceptionally high standard, then this could be the role for you.
Given the nature of the business, attention to detail enthusiasm and hard work ethic are essential. You will be given a lot of autonomy and must be able to work under your own initiative and prioritise your workload in a highly pressurised working environment.
