You will be responsible for sending final accounts to clients for signature, filing accounts at Companies House, filing tax returns on Digita Corporation Tax, answering the office telephone, typing letters, opening, distributing and franking post , scanning accounts and tax returns and saving them on our client database, scanning and emailing correspondence from HMRC and post for clients, archiving and keeping old filing spreadsheet up to date, drafting and emailing invoices, credit control including chasing overdue debts weekly, banking and ordering stationery. The ideal candidate will have client database knowledge, good computer skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
Ideally you will be able to work 3 – 4 days per week but this could be negotiable for the right person. You will need to have some flexibility during busy periods and school

About the role:
This role is extremely exciting. Working for a great contract caterer who specialise in independent education and Fine Dining. My client is looking for an excellent Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef to be at the forefront of this prestigious contract. You will be catering for up to 1200 pupils/staff. You will be managing a team of 6 and reporting into the Executive Head Chef. This role will be predominantly kitchen based but there will be a degree of client interaction. This company use a strict fresh food policy, and this must be something you are comfortable with.
Skills and Experience:
Independent contract catering experience would be desirable
