The job As Packing Team Leader, you will lead all packing operations within the business, be accountable for all packing processes plus enforce rigorous product quality standards, and the highest standards in hygiene and staff conduct. You will be responsible for 2 direct and 20 indirect reports, ensure adequate staff coverage is met on all shifts, complete all appropriate paperwork and internal reporting, liaise regularly with delivery contractor and drivers, carry out full training and development of staff and liaise with the production team to ensure quality standards flow through to the packed and dispatched product. Your experience To be considered for the Packing Team Leader role, you will have demonstrable experience of both food packing and staff supervision/management plus extensive experience of working in a food manufacturing environment. You will be a clear communicator, be passionate about upholding quality standards plus be a good team player who can work well with key stakeholders. More details The Packing Team Leader job is based in the London region and is paying £11 - £12 per hour according to individual skills and previous experience.
