The job
As Packing Team Leader, you will lead all packing operations within the business, be accountable for all packing processes plus enforce rigorous product quality standards, and the highest standards in hygiene and staff conduct.
You will be responsible for 2 direct and 20 indirect reports, ensure adequate staff coverage is met on all shifts, complete all appropriate paperwork and internal reporting, liaise regularly with delivery contractor and drivers, carry out full training and development of staff and liaise with the production team to ensure quality standards flow through to the packed and dispatched product.
Your experience
To be considered for the Packing Team Leader role, you will have demonstrable experience of both food packing and staff supervision/management plus extensive experience of working in a food manufacturing environment. You will be a clear communicator, be passionate about upholding quality standards plus be a good team player who can work well with key stakeholders.
More details
The Packing Team Leader job is based in the London region and is paying £11 - £12 per hour according to individual skills and previous experience. The shift pattern is 5-6 days per week according to the workload with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be between 10.30am – 3am, flexible.

Our client is a high end aesthetic clinic seeking an experienced full time Assistant Manager/Senior Aesthetic Therapist for their brand-new central London Clinic based near Euston. You will be available to work 5 days per week, working Tuesday to Saturday with some evenings (Although as an assistant manager you will need to be flexible and have the ability to change shift as required).
You must possess excellent customer service skills, as well as written and spoken English, and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner in fitting with such an Elite Clinic.
You must have at least two years experience in an Aesthetic Practice holding an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty. It is essential that you have experience in lasers (ideally Soprano / Harmony lasers) as well as Laser Core Knowledge. You will also be expected to have knowledge of radio frequency, 3D Lipo, Skin Tech, Ultherapy, Dermaroller, facial skin peels and advanced skin care experience.
Previous experience with Obagi and Dermaquest products (so experience of these products would be an advantage).
