M&E Manager – Mixed Use development Running the M&E packages as part of a 150 million new build development from Design to Delivery Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 basic + Car or Car allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare Location: North London Role Description Due to a number of major 100 million project wins my client is looking to expand their current team, in particular an M&E Manager on a 150 million mixed use development in North London. The project has over 500 units + Commercial + Retail as part of a major regeneration project in the region. The M&E Manager will report to the overall Project Director and Head of M&E as this role is the lead on site for all M&E activity both consultancy (Design) and Sub contractors (Delivery). You will have a team of Mechanical & Electrical supervisors under you looking after the various packages. Having a rounded view of the project is key, from understanding the design from alterations and implications to the project and costings. Through to understanding the procurement of sub contractors and materials for the site, identifying potential risks in delays or company issues. Required Experience * New build project experience on the M&E aspects of the project * Able to understand the M&E designs and able to liaise with the design consultancy over any issues that may arise. * Qualifications be it apprenticed trained or HNC / HND / Degree * Worked on residential schemes or Mixed use developments. A growing M&E contractor working within the commercial, education, and leisure sectors are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager. This position will be working on an existing project based on a refurbishment project in London, although projects this client usually undertake are office fit-out projects. This is a client facing role in which you will be expected to build long lasting business relationships and uphold the company's reputation. In this role you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager. This company is looking for ambitious people, who will ideally have 5 years experience in the role of Electrical Project Manager. They are looking to promote from within therefore you will find a clear career path here. You will have previous experience working on site managing sub-contractors as well as meeting client and establishing working relationships.
